We were at the end of the quarter and just paid the invoice. The owner stated he would come pick up the bin the next week. I thanked him for their service and thought nothing about it. He picked up the bin and then we received an invoice for another full quarter! I contacted them and was told that is their terms on the original contract. I asked why I wasn't informed of this or it wasn't suggested that We keep the bin the end of March as we will be billed and basically got disregarded.
