I signed a move out notice a few weeks prior to my move out. I was scheduled to be out of my unit by May 31st. I moved out of the facility but because my lock was removed on 6/1, the facility charged me another month's rent. You would think after being a good paying customer over the past years (between myself and co-worker) I'd receive decent customer service but this was not the case. After calling to get an understanding of why I'm being charged for an additional month, Susan said I needed to read the fine print of my close out form.
