We were a customer for 2+ years and then wanted to reduce our service due to our actual volume…read more This wasn't an option so we requested to terminate our service. We were at the end of the quarter and just paid the invoice. The owner stated he would come pick up the bin the next week. I thanked him for their service and thought nothing about it. He picked up the bin and then we received an invoice for another full quarter! I contacted them and was told that is their terms on the original contract. I asked why I wasn't informed of this or it wasn't suggested that We keep the bin the end of March as we will be billed and basically got disregarded. I would not recommend any business that considers this as acceptable customer service. Thank you Kevin for eventually doing the right thing.
