I was also billed for discovery that was never filed. She promised me on a Friday call that my case would be her first priority Monday morning. Instead, I got an invoice for even more money and then total silence -- nothing further was done on my case. I had to hire new counsel just to keep things moving, paying again for discovery and other work, and dealing with delays because the firm was slow to release my file. If you find yourself in an urgent family matter, do not waste your time or money here. You will receive false promises and zero results. This office is not there to help your case, only to collect your money.
