Impressed with the service I consistently receive here. The staff is very helpful. They will make sure you ship or mail your items in most economical way possible. They also accept USPS labels. They always have a pep in their step and don't drag out each transaction even when the line is long. They will also help you load and unload heavy items if needed. I have returned AT&T equipment, shipped baked goods to customers, mailed bulk items and returned lots of clothes to online retainers. No issues, not even once. The location is really good although on a busy strip and I can usually get a spot right in front of their door. I will continue to frequent this business. read more

I printed a few copies of the same paper yesterday and I noticed that the words were cut off at the end of the paper. I went back today to request the same number of copies for free to avoid being charged a second time, hoping to get new copies that aren't cut off at the ends of the paper. Both employees at the front desk told me that they can't do anything because "it's not them, it's corporate". Not sure what that's supposed to mean, but okay. They told me that I would have to use the computer and be charged a second time for something that was out of my control. They have a printer in their area and they still refused to comply with my simple request. Not only could I not get new copies, I can't even get a refund. I only went to this location because I was closer to it at the time, but my presence won't be there anymore after this interaction. read more

This has always been a quick UPS store. I always know my prepaid drop offs won't take long. When I arrived there was a line but the staff moved pretty fast. They were friendly and the girl behind the counter was extremely helpful, she was able to assist multiple customers. read more

I dropped off a package at 2 in the afternoon, going within Texas (less than 3 hours away) and it wasn't even picked up until the next day, 8pm the next day. It normally would've been delivered by then! The manager takes no responsibility, blaming it on the trucks only taking a certain number of packages. Had I known that UPFRONT I would've used a different store. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill since the new management, and it's been worse since Covid. What can I say? It's a ups store. You can bring prepaid packages or have them do the packing and shipping. They also have boxes. Staff seems nice. Got a discount when buying bulk shipping material. Don't be afraid to ask. No reason to give them less than a 5. read more

I went in to pickup a package and was treated very rudely by the man at the front counter. He for some reason was trying to argue with me when i was explaining to him what i was told by the ups call center. I told him i was not trying to argue but he was constantly rude. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice with me. I only came by to drop off my Amazon return but the guy treated me as if I just paid thousand dollar at his store. Unbelievably rude customer service. Instead of waiting on me, the clerk chastised me for wasting his time. I needed an extra 15 seconds to verify that I was returning the correct equipment. This 15 seconds was excessive to the clerk, who came close to refusing to edit on me. Who is the person providing customer service, and who is the person expecting to receive it here?!?
