Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Her store offers many different services including shipping and receiving, mailboxes, virtual postal boxes, notarizations, copies, and more! The store also offers little adorable trinkets and other household items that you may need but always forget at the grocery store that you can easily pick up. She is available by text through the store phone number, which is a HUGE help when I am unable to call. The prices are very reasonable for everything as well. The store is always very tidy and bright and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot! I enjoy making the trip and will continue to use her for my services.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.
