Went in to return an amazon order today 5/12 around 1:20. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude! She tried to charge me $1.50 to tape my box and kept claiming it was in the return instructions yadda yadda yadda. Well, considering I'm in no rush to return the package and I pass by the location multiple times a day, and I can't justify paying $1.50 for some tape... I decided to ask her nicely to PLEASE tape my box, just a little bit of tape, pretty please pretty PRETTY please and she refused! Not even a nice refusal, kinda an F OFF you aren't worthy of me taping your box refusal and kept telling me how "It's in the instructions, it's in the instructions, it's in the instructions..." Well.... Let me tell you, when I got back to my office, I looked at the instructions, and it is NOT! in the instructions!!!! I can't wait to go back with my taped-up box and ask her to show me where in the instructions it shows that. She had the huge roller of mailing tape right there... I swear some of the people that work at these places just want to make other people miserable. Honestly, this interaction makes me not want to use this UPS Store for other matters. read more

Don't ever rent a p.o. box from this place. No customer respect and they don't send proper notice or invoices only to turn around and berate customers for non-compliance. My opinion and perception is that the staff handling the mailboxes are wholly untrained, unprofessional and inexcusably rude. Bad experience. read more

The staff working at this location are unprofessional and untrained. The guy in charge of printing big size pictures on the big machine was so rude and disrespectful today just because I arrived 45 minutes before closing time he didn't want to start printing a single picture. I have been told on the phone it's $5 to print a simple picture, he told me it's almost $12 and then he asked me that I will have to come back the next day to get it, I agreed and then he wanted me to pay in advance for a product I'm not sure I'm gonna like. So just because I didn't wanna pay in advance. He asked me to leave to a different location. it seems to me they have big loads of work and they are trying to do less and less As much as they can. Disrespectful behavior, unprofessional behavior, untrained personnel. Before today I had been trying to print that picture for the past three days each day there was a reason not to make it happen , the first time I called, they told me they cannot do it because it's getting close to closing time. I had the worst experience at this store! Pretty much all new staff. I sent a job via email in the morning, and made it clear I'd pick them up in the afternoon. I get there and the employee looked like he had been hit by a dear with head lights. Clueless where my prints were, walking around looking. Comes to find out they were to backed up to complete the job. Well damn I should have received a call or email... something nothing. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had problems. The new employees are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The "little girl running the register seems to hate her job. Rude, and always in a bad mood. Not a way to run a store. Management you might want to revise your employees work ethics! So I go through a LOT of coffee. Nespresso coffee. And I always recycle the pods at this UPS. I haven't had a problem before but I had a bunch of bags today (built up over the Christmas break) and I tried to drop them off to get mailed back to Nespresso for recycling. One of the bags leaked and all the bags were sitting it the wetness in the large bin that they were in. When I got there I asked where they wanted me to put them and the man (let's call him ponytail) said the counter. Welp, I got coffee on the counter and I didn't realize one leaked until I started placing them up there. Ponytail got mad and said that they were all leaking and he wouldn't take any of them. I would've wiped them off but the transaction was over and he sent me on my way. I understand the situation was not ideal but this was not the way to handle it. Now I have to throw like a couple hundred pods away and it's all your fault PONYTAIL. read more

I dropped off a package, that I sold through eBay, to be shipped through this location. The item never changed location on the tracking so I went to back and asked about it. No one could help me and all they would tell me is that they have no record of it being picked up at their store. Duh, I knew that much because the tracking shows that, I would like to know where it is if it was never picked up. They gave no help. I would absolutely never trust using this location because they do not take any responsibility for when they lose an item. At this point it feels like theft. read more

After pulling an all nighter and feeling physically exhausted I stopped into this UPS store for the 1st time to ship a package. Hatim Amiji was standing at a register and another store employee was helping a customer. I greeted him since no one greeted me. I told him that I had a package to ship and proceeded to walk to the counter. I wasn't sure where to sit my package and he did not instruct me where to sit it even though we were only about a few feet apart. After I set the package on the counter he then tells me to put it on the other side of the counter. I did not see the point of this since it was in his reach and would be directly in front of him if the register wasn't. I didn't exchange words with him but offered a smile because I felt he was being unnecessary. It literally was the difference between left and right side of him. Visibly angry this guy who identified himself as Hatim Amiji grabbed my box with my shipping contents in it held it high in the air and then slammed it down aggressively onto the other side of the counter in rage. The other guest looked at me as she was equally as taking a back as I was. I looked at him shook my head and asked him how his day was going. I was offended by his actions but chose to take a higher path and not go off on him. He begrudgingly responded its early! This was my 1st and last time at this location. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. His customer service was horrible. He could careless if he damaged the contents in my box. You should greet your guest and if you see them walking to your counter you should address them which side of the register you prefer them use before you sit there rudely in silence and watch them sit it where you don't want it! read more

I came here on my lunch to ship a package that I sold on ebay. I was greeted when I walked in the door and their were two associates waiting on 2 customers so I was next in line. While I was waiting a gentleman came out the \back and he waiting on me. He asked me if I needed a box to ship my item in and I told him I did. He packed it up and taped it shut and returned to the counter. I had previously printed a label to use the USPS but decide that UPS would be quicker. I gave him the post office label to get he shipping name and address to ship to He then told me something that I didn't know. I thought I had wasted my money on that shipping label but he told me I could log back into my Paypal and void it and get a full refund! That was unexpected and really enlighten me ti something I never knew over the years of using Paypal and ebay. After paying for my shipment I really thanked him for the info and he told me how to go in and do it. read more

I am in this store about 2-3 x's a month (for the last 10 yrs) and have always been treated nicely. they may not remember my name (not an easy one), but they're polite. I see other reviews speaking of two people w/bad attitudes: Hatim, and an unnamed woman. Hatim wouldnt behave in such a manner... he's too quiet and frankly, it's his store-- he wouldnt risk business by treating someone so rudely or slamming a customer's package onto the counter! the other woman-- I know which one they're referring to-- yeah, she's a little grumpy but honestly, if you're nice to her, she's nice to you. the only BAD thing about this place is the parking lot-- never enough parking spots and the cross-traffic is a bit dangerous but aside from that, this place is awesome. Went here to return some Dish Network equipment via their pre-labeled boxes. They have deal with UPS so I naturally decided to hit up the closest UPS store to avoid any extra charges. Awesome service! The lady behind the counter was really nice and quick to serve customers. I was third in line with both people in front of me with boxes as well. Everything took 5min from the time I walked in to the time I walked out! the lady behind the counter didn't know English very well and really only said like 5 things repeatedly to every customer. I guess she didn't now much English but her smile and process made everything more than understandable. I will be a repeat customer. read more

This store and its mailing options are pitiful. Doesn't supply UPS small/medium/large boxes which forces a customer to buy them. How convenient. The staff acts as if I'm a bother everytime I walk in the door with the exception of one lady. Save your time and effort, go to the Waugh location where have true service. read more

I had to have Amazon packages redirected to this UPS store and so I called to make sure the packages were there before going to pick up. The lady I spoke with said my packages were there but when I actually went in person there were 3 employees on the floor and none of them knew anything about my packages. They kept trying to say they weren't there. I showed them an email from Amazon that showed the address of that UPS store and even mentioned that I spoke with someone over the phone who said my packages were there. Even the guy who liked like he was in his 40s-50s had no clue. He said Amazon didn't deliver there. They were all looking at me like I was crazy until the lady I had originally spoke to came out from the back and brought me my packages. I spent about 10 minutes just trying to get my packages from them. There were not helpful whatsoever and would tell me to just call Amazon again. Awful service.
