ZERO STAR I had a package that was shipped to my office I re-routed it to the UPS on FM1960 and North Eldrige because the office was closed for the holiday, Today I went to pick it up, I was told I needed to provide a government ID With my name, the business name and address, and my photo. i said it is a private business there is no such ID, I can give my DL, a CC with my name and the business name, and I can get into the UPS business account on my phone, and he can see my name on the account. I can show him the email I got on my business email from UPS referencing that shipment being rerouted, and my business card, I can provide him with a shipper name the content of the box, and anything but the GOV ID, he can log into the company website and see my name there. He refused to provide me with the store manager's name. What he told me is (it's not my fault you made a mistake and re-routed the package here). Agree 100%, my mistake is that I thought they hired ppl with a grain of brain in that store. read more

The store did not use the correct labels for my Amazon return and it delivered back to me. The Amazon return label is no good and it is MY responsibility to contact Amazon and UPS has no responsibility in the manner. The management in this place is lacking significantly! I went to have documents delivered in the same city & was told by the worker they would be delivered by the end of the next day. It was even printed on my receipt- expected delivery- end of the day. So the next day comes and goes. I check the tracking, its still showing only a label created. Not en route, not delivered... but label created. So i called the stored and tried to explain to this young air head Giselle. She gives me some excuse about I came in after the mail was already picked up after I came. I asked well why would the person who helped me tell me something different & even print it on my receipt. This airhead procedes to say, "well I wasnt the person that helped you, but you can talk to my manager, he will be here in the morning". She didnt listen to anything I said, and accused me of saying she was the One who made the mistake, which I never said she did. I just want to know why I was lied to or someone messed up and forgot my package. Each time I tried to talk, this girl interrupted me and then after I asked if she could stop talking and listen to me, she said. Im not going to listen to you yell. Hell I couldn't say 2 words to even begin to yell If I wanted to. These young kids need to be taught manners and how to listen without listening just to reply with a smartass or dumbass answer. read more

I went to the store yesterday, 8/19/2023, for Notary service. Man by the name of Luis , who said his job title was store mgr, was extremely rude. Luis did not speak, not friendly all. I began to sign my form that needed to be notarized in front of him and while he was looking, he saw me signing the form, and told me that I couldn't sign my form that needed to be notarized until he was done with what he was doing, even though he was witnessing me sign the form already. He then got an attitude, he was argumentative with me, refused my service and stated he wasn't going to notarize my form after he already completed inputting my information from my drivers license into the notary book, and then told me "Good luck on finding someone to notarize that form since it's already filled out ". He just has a rude dimeanor and should not be in customer service especially not at the front counter of any business! I asked for his manager name and he refused to give me his managers name and rudely said to me "I'm the manager. I don't have a manager"! I was able to get my form notarized at another UPS store with no problem. I will never visit that store #5348 again. read more

The person behind the counter when she calls himself a manager by the name of Luis has very poor customer service, it's OK if customer saying that instructions or print out a page and when I confronted him the data structures are not clear about logging into an email and paying out stuff he goes off to say well should be common sense. It may be common sense, and I may not, and either way there was no instruction about logging into my email, which I will never log into the email from somebody else's computer. read more

I love this store, the store manager is SO friendly nice and helpful. I own a small business and use this store ALOT for shipping and returning packages. They are always so friendly and helpful with anything I need, even if it takes a while to figure it out. I've also seen them help many elderly people with using the computer or understanding the digital things, just so helpful and friendly I can't say that enough........ But....... there is one employee an older lady with blonde and black hair who I've had a couple bad experiences with. She just has a bad attitude and isn't willing to help if I'm doing anything more than shipping an item that already has a label on it. My last experience with her, I was returning Amazon items I had bought for my business and she said "it was a lot and we have a line". It was only 4 items and I had all my QR codes ready to go. Then, when I didn't have a box for an item she said "you're either going to have to buy a box or we can't do this". I tried to explain to her that Amazon said I didn't need a box or a label, and I could just bring in the QR code. But she interrupted me and said "I know what they told you, but I don't care that's not what we do here." It was fine and I took my items to another UPS store. I know that may be a struggle for you guys to have to box it up, but it was disappointing since this is my go to store and I am usually so grateful for that! read more

Had a long line and one employee - Adrian was working so hard with a great attitude. He treated everyone as they mattered. The last time I went to another location of the UPS Store and had a very nasty experience. I am so thankful for Adrian and the experience he provided. Again, I had the opportunity to visit this UPS store. The men there were very, very helpful. I needed printing services, which was done to perfection. During the short time I was there, about 8 people came in for various reasons, returns, shipping, questions etc. Each person was cordially greeted and helped. This store is clean and well organized. The PO boxes are easily accessed, nothing on the floor to trip over. This store has it going on! If I could shout it out from the rooftop I would, this is a very, very senior citizen friendly store. Worst customer service ever!! The workers are just rude and unprofessional. I just left this location and I won't come back! I wanted to return something that needed a label (which I already paid for) and she said to me that I have to pay extra because I paid for my label through amazon. I never complain but if you are rude to me in front of others and on top of that you are treating me like I own you something, of curse I am going to say something. read more

I have used this particular store many times. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Today I had several packages to mail. Will got them out of my car trunk and carried them in for me. Louis got a chair for me since I had a lot of paperwork to do before the packages were ready to mail. Both Will and Louis were helpful and patient with me while I got everything organized. This particular UPS store is my "go to" place for mailing and returning packages. So much more accommodating and faster than the Post Office or Fed Ex. read more

I wish I could rate them no stars. Tried to get a document printed. The incompetent girl working gave all sorts of wrong information, had me set up the print job without any information on the right printer and printer settings to use. I had to insist on her helping set up the job. It didn't help that the computer kept freezing and I had to keep shutting down and reopening adobe. All this and more led to the job taking over an hour and looking unprofessional. The manager shows up, justifies the incompetence and further insults me by offering a tiny discount. I offered alternatives that would result in better looking copies and she rejected them. Needless to say, I walked out and found a more competent place to get my copies made but the lost time can never be replaced. Avoid this location if you value professionalism read more

I was in the store earlier to ship a package. The salesperson I was working with was nice and I believe new so he asked the other salesperson what he needed to do to complete my order. During the time I was there I was presented with a white sheet to sign. I have never had to sign that paper before so I told the salesperson, I've never had to sign that white paper before shipping a package. Carl (the other salesperson) processed to tell me everyone signs that paper. I repeat what I said about never being asked to sign that paper in the past. Well Carl told me I could take my package and go. I said is this your customer service? He was very rude! Had Carl just told me that the form was a verification against packaging hazardous materials I would never have questioned it. He just assumed I didn't want to sign it and lashed out for no reason.
