Customers beware! I've been transporting my SUV back and forth from New Jersey to Delray Beach FL for the past 4 years. Shipping (transporting) my vehicle has never been without some stress, but the latest experience with this company (the broker, Matt Gibson, which is probably a fake name) has been extremely dissatisfying. Mr. Gibson gave me his word that the price of transporting my SUV back to NJ this past April 15th, 2026 will be $900, minus a discount of $25.00. I gave him a deposit of $100 upon booking. When I received the invoice from the driver, it said balance due of $800.00. The balance should have been $775.00. When I contacted Mr. Gibson, he once again gave me his word that he will Zelle the $25.00 to me. By the way, it took me numerous phone calls and text messages to reach Mr. Gibson. As of today, April 29th, I have yet to receive the money. I tried calling and texting Mr. Gibson numerous times, but he never responded. There are a lot of these transport companies that pull this crap, I was hoping this company would be different but obviously they are just another company looking to rip the customer off with their lies and false promises. read more

This is company is a total spam, book dates with Capstones for August 2024. We found out that my car needs more repairs before shipping to Tennessee. I was told my Taylor Sanchez don't refund the deposit if you changed dates after I booked the my dates. Their website in August 2024 didn't have any information regarding the how they handled dates changes. We end up using another company that we were was pleased with pick and delivery. I had a very disappointing experience with Capstone Auto Transport. I contracted with Mike Miller to have a truck picked up from storage, and was required to pay a deposit upfront. The driver assigned, Nazarov Amindzhon, never completed the pickup. Instead, I was told that the truck was supposedly broke before they even picked it up. Despite the fact that no delivery was made, Capstone refused to refund my deposit. Their excuse was that the driver had spent time and fuel, but that's the risk of their business--not the customer's responsibility when the service itself wasn't provided. At the end of the day, I paid money and got nothing in return. This company's practices feel dishonest and unfair. Asking for a deposit, failing to perform the job, and then keeping the money is not acceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Capstone Auto Transport: think twice before trusting them with your vehicle or your money. read more

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Capstone Auto Trans. Julie Samuel and Barber Samuel I trusted them to transport my vehicle 2024 Can-am Maverick X3, but instead of delivering it safely, they stole it and refused to take any responsibility. After waiting for 12 mounts the delivery and repeatedly calling them for updates, I found out that my car had been taken without my consent and was completely unaccounted for. When I confronted them, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They didn't offer any solutions or even apologize for their negligence. Instead, they kept passing the blame and failed to give me a clear explanation of what had happened to my vehicle. It's appalling that a company would operate in this way, especially when you are trusting them with something as important as your personal property. I strongly advise against using their services. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Please avoid this company at all costs if you value your vehicle and your peace of mind. This company is a disgrace. I contacted them on 3/29 to transport my vehicle from Cali to Texas and had been working with Taylor. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up Tuesday, 4/8. The driver never showed up and Taylor stated he will find me another driver. On Friday, 4/11, my vehicle still wasn't picked up. I reached out to Taylor to request a refund and to move forward with another company. Taylor had then blocked me and was no longer taking my calls. I found their website on google and called the number listed. I finally spoke with someone claiming to be the manager by the name of Chris Allen who stated he would refund me in the next 5-10 minutes. He has also blocked me and i haven't heard back nor received my refund. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Save your money! I have now filed a police report, a complaint with the BBB and left a google and yelp review. Plz do not book with them! Keep your money! I repeat keep your money. read more

This company is a complete joke. I would stay far away as possible. They offered me services to transport my car from California to Oklahoma for $1000. Told me the driver was gonna show up to my house within two hours and would be in contact with me. They gave me drivers information in which I contacted the driver an hour before he was supposed to be able to pick up my car only to find out that he wasn't said he was injured by a strap breaking on a car. The individual sent me pictures of his injury, which you could clearly tell they were taken from From an arm injury that was already healed. They told me sorry for the inconvenience. I can keep the guy, but I would have to wait an additional 4 to 5 days to get my car transported. I then reached out to the company to see what they could do. They offered me a new driver for $1500 opposed to the $1000 that I was offered. They basically told me it wasn't their fault. The guy got injured but they expected me to pay an additional $500 to get my car shipped. They went back-and-forth with me for four days trying to schedule a car to the point, they kept saying somebody was showing up at my house and nobody ever showed up. I ended up having to drive my car from California to Oklahoma just so that I could get it transported. read more

Run away from that company! On September 18 I signed a contract and paid $200 for Capstone Auto Trans Inc. to ship my vehicle from FL to NC. The vehicle was picked up by a carrier company they hired on September 20 and should have been delivered on September 21st. After that my nightmare started. A guy named Christopher was always telling me my vehicle would be delivered every 2 days and would always come up with an excuse that the delivery was late. After 30 days he said the carrier company was ghosting them and they had no idea where the vehicle was but he kept promising me the vehicle would be delivered every 2 days. One week after that (37 days) they found my vehicle being held in a storage and the storage wouldn't give us permission to pick up the vehicle because they needed the authorization of the truck driver (Jay) who left the vehicle there. No one was able to reach him. After that another guy from Capstone (Ethan) started to talk to me lying that they were doing what was possible to deliver my vehicle. I had to investigate it by myself, found the driver's brother store, threatened to call the police and also threatened to sue the storage company where my vehicle was. I've spent countless hours everyday calling to a lot of people so I could get my car back. I got stressed and sick, couldn't sleep or eat and had to take pills for everything. After 49 DAYS and threatening everyone, the driver released the keys to my vehicle and my husband had to rent a trailer to go pick it up. After finally having my vehicle back, I requested a refund from Capstone Auto Trans Inc. as they didn't do the service I paid them for and I even had to spend more money and time to pick up my vehicle. Can you believe that they said they had done what they could and wouldn't refund the $200? I told them they had 2 days to refund me or I would do what it takes for everyone to know the poor service they provide. You will be happy if everything goes according to plan but if something happens they will say they are not responsible and won't even refund your money after not doing what you paid them for.
