I can't speak highly enough about my experience with NexGen Auto Transport. They handled the transport of my car from Houston to North Carolina seamlessly, proving to be incredibly quick, trustworthy, and fair in pricing--qualities that set them apart from the competition. From the outset, they provided a transparent quote that remained unchanged throughout the entire process, unlike other companies that had fluctuating prices. This reliability was a breath of fresh air amidst the uncertainty of moving. Moreover, their speed was remarkable. They ensured my car arrived safely and ahead of schedule, demonstrating their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, NexGen Auto Transport exceeded my expectations in every aspect. If you're looking for a company that delivers on its promises--punctuality, transparency, and fair pricing--I wholeheartedly recommend them. They've earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. read more

Hello everyone, First of all, I'm sharing this information for those who want to transport a car from another state. I got to know this company, and they did an amazing job delivering my car exactly on the promised date. Everything went smoothly, and I received my car without any issues. I highly recommend them to everyone--5 stars from me! Throughout the journey, I was constantly updated, and I never once had any doubts or concerns. This company truly provides a sense of trust. I did a lot of research before choosing them, and I was initially hesitant about trusting people with such a process. However, after working with this company, I will now use their services for all my future transportation needs. I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Jesse from NexGen Auto Transport has been great from beginning to end. He was very up-front with me and explained how the whole Broker/Carrier Bidding Process Works. (i.e You offer to little and risk not having any drivers wanting to bid on your vehicle, you offer too much and you get 1st Priority but at a higher cost to you, you offer a fair/reasonable amount and everyone Wins!!). He's great with keeping me up to date via text which I really like and doesn't play any bait and switch games. FYI: If you're getting quotes from other Brokers for hundreds less, don't be a sucker and think with that price you'll get first pick and highest priority. Do your research, I did for 2 months before contacting Jesse. read more

I strongly advise caution when dealing with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. At first, they offered an attractive low quote to win my business, which seemed like a good deal. However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn. Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story -- suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. read more

NexGen did an excellent job shipping my car from Chicago to Seattle. After receiving a TON of phone calls from different services offering to ship my car I became nervous about selecting the right one. From the initial phone call all the way thru their checking in on my satisfaction after delivery I was pleased. In fact, I have another car to ship and I will be calling NexGen Auto Transport to do it. They were not the cheapest, but there is safety and security in selecting the right company. Don't risk your car over a couple of hundred dollars! read more

I will say that for my specific vehicle (disabled and also in a tight spot for a trailer) the pickup did not go smoothly to start. That being said Leo was persistent and timely in checking in with me and the drivers for status. The first driver was not able to make the pickup and Leo tracked down a more experienced driver and made it happen. Again thank you to Leo for getting everything squared away despite some issues to start (mostly on my end). I would use this service again. read more
