However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn. Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story -- suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. I will say that for my specific vehicle (disabled and also in a tight spot for a trailer) the pickup did not go smoothly to start. That being said Leo was persistent and timely in checking in with me and the drivers for status. The first driver was not able to make the pickup and Leo tracked down a more experienced driver and made it happen.
