The vehicle was picked up at 3:30pm and delivered to my mother by 9am the next day. The cost of shipping with Benny was reasonable and worth every penny. Definitely said he was not looking for upgraded review. Much appreciated and definitely worth noting. Please check the original review below. I travel literally for my job every 3 months. I have shipped my car over a dozen times. Maybe once duplicating a transport service. I chose this location because they were local to my outgoing destination ( Houston). Prices were on the lower end side and booked a few weeks prior to shipping my car back to Ohio. I usually pay for higher end companies like Montway etc. I emailed the local manager and told him my concerns and my issues with communication during shipping process. Very friendly but this was the worst communication of any shipping company i have used. Would tell me daily that someone would definitely let.me.know yay or ney if there was a driver. Never got a call. Had to call daily to check if possibly pick up. No but I will definitely have someone call you to let.you know. Crickets. I'm here on a work contract so I'm on a bit of a time crunch and to have to take time out my work day every day during pick up.period. Yep I emailed and left voicemail to please give an update. Nothing. The only saving grace that gives them 3 stars.is the driver they chose. I met him.in Houston. Told him I'm flying back.to Toledo and going on my birthday trip on such n such a date. He had my ride there on memorial day no less. 2 days ahead of projected drop off. He told me to reach out to him personally as he does TX to Chicago frequently and I def will. He was awesome

I would highly recommend Compass and pricing is fair from the 4 companies I spoke with. Give Mark a call if you need to ship your ride!

George, the rep who got me all set up and answered all of my calls promptly was extremely helpful and eager to help. The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.

Poor Customer service, Delayed pick up of vehicle, 10 business days late on delivery of car and damaged rim without signing BOL (Bill of lading) Used USA Auto transport to deliver an Audi from Texas to the east coast. *Pick up window was not honored (delayed and not within pickup window) *Transportation of car was not communicated with an approximate Estimated date of arrival. *Poor customer service *Delivery of car was 10 business days late. *** Wheel rim damage Car was finally delivered, and no Bill of Lading provided. Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim. I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery. I Had An Outstanding Experience with T4…read more A year ago I had such an exceptional experience at T4. I traded in my previous car for a brand new Mercedes, without any of the usual dealership hassles. The team at T4 took care of everything, ensuring a fair price for my trade-in and a great deal on my new Mercedes. Their professionalism was top-notch, and they even delivered the car right to my doorstep. Then 5 months later I chose to purchase a highly sought out Mercedes GLE 53 AMG that every dealership was wanting $20k-$25k over sticker price. T4 came in well under that and it was just as equally such an easy process. I am extremely grateful to the T4 team for their continued excellence in service. Thank you, T4, for not one but now two outstanding experiences - I would highly recommend Rik's & his teams services. I will never go through the hassle of using a car dealership with high pressured car salesman ever again. Take my advice and reach out to T4 Auto Solutions for all of your auto purchases if not you will be paying way too much for your vehicles.

I've spoken to and/or received quotes from approximately 2 dozen moving companies over the last few…read moreweeks. "Long Dist. Movers" is, by far, the most arrogant, asinine, childishly silly, and mathematically challenged moving company I've ever encountered ... in my life. They seriously imagine we're supposed to submit to them a detailed list of the items being moved and apparently they think they can "calculate" what they want to use (i.e., what they want to charge you), not what you actually need. If you've moved before and added/subtracted certain types of items (e.g., appliances, larger or smaller sofa, gaming computer), then you pretty much know how much more/less truck space you'll need as compared to the last move. Worse, their expectation is that you'll be perfectly okay with them separating all your possessions ... that you'll NEED in your new home ... and storing them behind their fence somewhere and you'll just sit in your empty house without the ability to start organizing, cooking, cleaning, etc. It's utterly insane that anyone thinks that's a reasonable methodology. Every other moving company I called bases the move off the truck(s) that will be needed, yet this one somehow escaped from la-la land and bases the move off an "item count", lol. When I clarified that, YES, you can know what you need based off prior moves, the guy said "Oh, it doesn't work that way". No, sweetie ... YOU won't be working that way, not today, and not with me.

The person on the phone gave a rather confident estimate of 1 week and that they do that route often. It took double that time, which was still within the guaranteed time frame but given my conversation on the phone, I had made other plans contingent on a 1 week delivery estimate. Also, once I was booked with them, it was not easy to get a response via email or phone after leaving a voice message with the original person I spoke on the phone with to make changes or have questions answered. The ugly: They broke my bookshelf in transit and lost the screws to my TV stand. We put the TV stand and screws into a separate box. Upon arrival, the mover walked in with just the TV stand in hand, and no box (and no screws). I am still waiting for the claim to be processed. Overall, friendly over phone and email. Transparent pricing and breakdown. The actual moving was meh. They definitely talk the talk, but they didn't really walk the walk with me.

I followed up weeks, months, and days, day before in advance because we had a lot riding on this transport (flights, hotels scheduled) to be there to receive the car. Day before still no driver available due to "no drivers available, high gas prices". However this company was referred to me from a business associate who used them often for transporting logistics vans. I had trust in this company due the referral. I was so stressed out for my son that I had a panic attack the day before. He ended up driving the car 19 hours by himself and had to also get a hotel room. I understand stuff happens, but this was planned months in advance and if I had had any inclination of this, we would have planned accordingly. Do not trust this company.
