I have shipped my car over a dozen times. Maybe once duplicating a transport service. I chose this location because they were local to my outgoing destination ( Houston). Prices were on the lower end side and booked a few weeks prior to shipping my car back to Ohio. I usually pay for higher end companies like Montway etc. I emailed the local manager and told him my concerns and my issues with communication during shipping process. Very friendly but this was the worst communication of any shipping company i have used. Would tell me daily that someone would definitely let.me.know yay or ney if there was a driver. Never got a call. Had to call daily to check if possibly pick up. No but I will definitely have someone call you to let.you know. Crickets. I'm here on a work contract so I'm on a bit of a time crunch and to have to take time out my work day every day during pick up.period. Yep I emailed and left voicemail to please give an update. Nothing. The only saving grace that gives them 3 stars.is the driver they chose. I met him.in Houston. Told him I'm flying back.to Toledo and going on my birthday trip on such n such a date. He had my ride there on memorial day no less. 2 days ahead of projected drop off. He told me to reach out to him personally as he does TX to Chicago frequently and I def will. He was awesome

He told me his yard is by LAX and I could pick it up when I land. It made it really easy to grab my car and boom I was driving on the west coast. George, the rep who got me all set up and answered all of my calls promptly was extremely helpful and eager to help. The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.

Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim. I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery. One thing they did on time was charge my credit card. The one team member that was accountable throughout and tried to assist within her reach was Kat S.

Autoplex Transport handled my situation with unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for basic business ethics. My daughter's Rav4 was rendered inoperable after a crash outside Dallas and parked in a lot in Kennedale. I live in Houston and have not physically inspected the vehicle; all I know--and clearly stated--is that the car does not run. Through uShip, Autoplex Transport quoted me $400 to move the Rav4 to Houston and explicitly confirmed they could transport an inoperable vehicle at that price. A representative, Luz Djeddah, repeatedly pressed for a $150 deposit, which I eventually sent via Zelle, and I have records to prove the payment. He scheduled pickup for Monday, 6/29/06 and claimed a driver was ready. On the scheduled day, Luz delayed sharing the driver's number, then finally sent it. When I reached the driver, he spoke only Spanish, so I used a translation app to communicate--only to be told the transport had been cancelled because a forklift was required to load the inoperable Rav4 onto the truck. This critical requirement was never mentioned to me by Autoplex in advance. When I called Luz to clarify, he acted as though he had no idea the dispatch was cancelled and quickly became hostile. He accused me of not disclosing that the car was inoperable (despite it being documented on uShip and discussed with him directly), and claimed I hadn't specified where the car was parked. He dismissed my explanation of the accident and my lack of direct access to the vehicle, saying my "story" didn't matter. Luz then escalated matters by threatening storage charges for a third-party lot--over which Autoplex has no direct control--and even suggested putting a lien on my vehicle, despite their failure to perform the agreed transport. This is an outrageous response to a customer who acted in good faith and provided all known information. As of this writing, Autoplex Transport, through Luz, has not returned my $150 deposit, even though they did not complete the service they promised and cancelled the transport on their side. I am a business owner myself, and I would never treat customers with this level of disrespect or disregard. Potential clients should be aware that, based on my experience, Autoplex Transport is a company that does not stand behind its commitments and is willing to threaten customers rather than resolve issues professionally.

Och Trans is a carrier company that have partners with broker company NexGen Auto transport. I had a car shipped cross country from one state to another. A heavy duty tarp/car cover was provided. The broker company requested several times to the OCH driver to apply the tarp. The driver himself spoke very little english and was very hard to communicate with during the transportation process. Upon delivery, the car arrived was extremely damaged with scratches everywhere and cracks in the window. The driver pointed to his insurance and recommended to open a claim. The drivers insurance company was BetterBind insurance and they said they can move forward but they need OCH Trans to start the process. OCH Trans refused to start the process. Highly not recommendable and shady company. If you use a brokerage , make sure it's not OCH Trans Fair warning

I followed up weeks, months, and days, day before in advance because we had a lot riding on this transport (flights, hotels scheduled) to be there to receive the car. Day before still no driver available due to "no drivers available, high gas prices". However this company was referred to me from a business associate who used them often for transporting logistics vans. I had trust in this company due the referral. I was so stressed out for my son that I had a panic attack the day before. He ended up driving the car 19 hours by himself and had to also get a hotel room. I understand stuff happens, but this was planned months in advance and if I had had any inclination of this, we would have planned accordingly. Do not trust this company.
