I called some time after noon for an update since no one provided a response. I spoke with Mark and within the hour he sent me a quote. When he emailed me the contract he informed me of the amount and if I could allow a one day window for the driver/ company to pick up. He texted me the name of the company with the driver's name and numbers. About an hour later he texted me a new company name and numbers. My vehicle was not picked up on the original date, it was picked up the next day, but I did agree to give them a one day window. I received a text informing the driver would be there a noon to pick up my vehicle but he did not arrive until after 6 PM. Once he picked up my car I was sent a text informing that my vehicle would arrive between 9-10 PM on Saturday. I reached out to one of the numbers thinking it was the driver because I was told that one number was the driver's and the other was for the dispatch, to find out if my driver's side window was raised because when he departed the window was down. I left several messages and late Friday night I got a call back from the company assuring me the windown was raised. I asked for a Pic to verify and it told another couple of hours for them to send it. Fast forward, I received a text very early Saturday morning informing me that my vehicle will now be delivered Saturday morning instead of late Saturday night. The driver finally texted me from his number to inform me that he was an hour away. Once he arrived, he called me to inform me the he was outside with my vehicle. Overall my experience with MB Superb was very good. My only piece of advice would be that the broker screen the actual transporting company better and provide the customer with information about the transporting company. ​

He texted me, "u owe me 100 and I won't ralease the car until it's paid" and later, "u need to pay my dispatch fee 100.00 or I will hold the car ur choice." My vehicle was eventually delivered on August 23, and the driver received the remaining agreed $550 in cash, bringing my total payment to the original $750. What happened afterward was even more concerning. After I posted a review about my experience, the business publicly responded by calling my review fake and referring to me as a "mental illness patient that work for us." I have never worked for this company. The owner then contacted me by text, called me a "miserable ugly ass person" and "loser," and stated, "iam getting car repo u have until 8 pm to erase the fake review" and "iam getting ur car jus wait." I found these communications extremely concerning, particularly because my vehicle had already been delivered and the agreed $750 had been paid. A business owner responding to a customer complaint with personal insults and statements about getting or repossessing the customer's vehicle is unacceptable to me. I have retained the emails, payment records, text messages, and screenshots documenting my experience.
