I submitted an email request on a Saturday to have my vehicle transported from Texas to Arizona. They were closed so I had to wait until Monday for a response. I called some time after noon for an update since no one provided a response. I spoke with Mark and within the hour he sent me a quote. When he emailed me the contract he informed me of the amount and if I could allow a one day window for the driver/ company to pick up. He texted me the name of the company with the driver's name and numbers. About an hour later he texted me a new company name and numbers. My vehicle was not picked up on the original date, it was picked up the next day, but I did agree to give them a one day window. I received a text informing the driver would be there a noon to pick up my vehicle but he did not arrive until after 6 PM. Once he picked up my car I was sent a text informing that my vehicle would arrive between 9-10 PM on Saturday. I reached out to one of the numbers thinking it was the driver because I was told that one number was the driver's and the other was for the dispatch, to find out if my driver's side window was raised because when he departed the window was down. I left several messages and late Friday night I got a call back from the company assuring me the windown was raised. I asked for a Pic to verify and it told another couple of hours for them to send it. Fast forward, I received a text very early Saturday morning informing me that my vehicle will now be delivered Saturday morning instead of late Saturday night. The driver finally texted me from his number to inform me that he was an hour away. Once he arrived, he called me to inform me the he was outside with my vehicle. Overall my experience with MB Superb was very good. My only piece of advice would be that the broker screen the actual transporting company better and provide the customer with information about the transporting company. read more

I recently had my car and an enclosed container transported from New York to Houston, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I was honestly a bit nervous at first--this was a big move for me, and I wanted to make sure my belongings would arrive safely--but the team made the entire process feel easy and reassuring. From the beginning, communication was excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped ease my worries. I appreciated how patient and responsive they were whenever I had questions. On pickup day, everything was handled with care and professionalism. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence. When everything arrived in Houston, both my car and the container were in perfect condition--just as I left them. This experience took a huge weight off my shoulders during what could have been a stressful transition. I'm really grateful for the level of care and attention they provided, and I would absolutely trust them again for future moves. read more

They quoted 1700. to transport two trucks from Oklahoma to Arizona. i told them I had a bad experience in the past where the shipper wanted more money than was agreed upon in order to take the car off the trailer. They sent me a contract with 300 dollars to them and 1400 cash to the driver upon delivery. the trucks were picked up 3 days after scheduled. upon delivery the driver demanded 1700 cash. showed me his contract with MB Superb logistics stating 1700. to him c.o.d. Fortunately I had the money to pay because it was 10 p.m. when he delivered. read more

Greatest con job if all times! No not fall for these guys and do business with them. Huge mistake! One of the biggest mistakes was hiring this company. I spoke with "Jack Smith" who guaranteed pickup of car the next day. I asked where they were located and he indicated Houston. When I did not hear back from Jack a few days later, I called and was told he would follow-up. I also asked if he was a broker to which he stated no. He said they were carrier and had their own teams moving the cars. After several attempts to find out when car woukd be picked up, either jack was out of the office or I received the "let me find out and get back to you". A week and a half later Im informed by a second partythat they picked up car. The quite was given to me Jack with Guarantee that no additional or hidden charges, etc. second party starting texting me that I owe more money Amounting to more than 600 additional. i confirmed address on both side before signing my contract with Jack however the second person informs me they can't find my car bc it's a as address. I sent him corrected info several times. Also the end address was switched to another address appear 1 1/2 hours from my address which was Guaranteed to come to my house again by Jack. I got the royal runaround throughout this entire ordeal. Each time I called Jack there's the same old song and dance from him or no answer. When I did get hold of him he said that he would be reaching out to the guys and getting it taken care of. I gave him the phone numbers that had been calling and texting me, still response. Morning of, we have to drive 1 1/2 hours to drop off location and waited. After being there for about an hour or more we get call saying they moved location to another spot another hour away from my home. Runaround after runaround! Im sure they will say that can't confirm Im a paying customer. Please do not fall for these scammers! They will promise everything to get contract and hussle you for more money. In the end, the ppl I signed with sold this out to another company and no one was honest about this at all. If I could give negative star reviews that would be more fitting. read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communication was exceptional. I was initially worried about potential bait-and-switch tactics.. a common concern in the car shipping industry, but the price quoted was exactly what I paid. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend! read more

Both Good & Bad offered 1 day pick up and delivery at a fair price. 15 minutes after my deposit had cleared, delivery became next day... Day of delivery was set for 1:00 pm delivery, at 15 minutes to 1:00 got a call delivery would be 3:00 pm The car did arrived at 3:00 pm. Over all they did delivery the car in a timely manor. Just not an on Time Manor. So over promises and under delivery is my experience with this company. I did like their 100 dollar deposit and pay the driver the blance on delivery. Other company's wanted everything up front. They would have my car and my money! I don't think so. I would use this company again. I would be wiser and not over believe what I'm told... read more

This company scammed me and the contracted driver. They misrepresented the delivery zip code to persuade the driver to take the job because they knew the zip code was closer to where the driver was headed. It was a lot more expensive for the driver etc. They will not answer their phone or text and will not return calls. Stay away from them! The person I was dealing with name is Mark. read more

My active duty daughter signed a contract and they took her money to ship her car. They continually delayed the pick up giving excuse after excuse. When we demanded a refund they said they processed it and they have not. It has been over three weeks and they still have not given her money back for something that was not picked up. She was attempting to get her car sent from her home of record to her duty station and they ripped her off. I try to call now and their phone has magically been disconnected after trying to reach out earlier. When they discovered it was me trying to reach out about her deposit money being returned they blocked me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL MONEY FROM OUR MILITARY AND DISABLED VETERANS. read more

I HIGHLY recommend MB Superb. I used the company twice and had a flawless experience both times. The agents were very helpful and they got me the best price to get my cars moved. The pricing was up front with no surprises. What they quoted was what I paid. My drivers were great. They were friendly and careful loading my vehicles and communicated with me throughout the process. I knew right away when the drivers would pick up my cars and the drivers called within an hour or so to let me know about delivery. I was very concerned the first time I moved a car but I am so happy I went with this company. read more

I hired MB Superb for shipping my motorcycle from Florida to NJ, they sent me the contract right away and collected the money. After that I called them to confirm that thet were picking up my vehicle on Thursday January 22nd. I received a call from a guy going to pick up my motorcycle con Tuesday 20th, I had to tell him that there was a mistake. I know MB Superb is a broker and they don't actually pick up vehicles, but they are the ones responsable. Or irresponsables in this case. I had it very difficult to comunicate with them, they hardly pick up the phone, and if they answer a text is just to tell you the number of the carrier they hired and you have to arragne everything with them. In this case the carrier was Direct Auto Transpor Inc. These guys confirmed my pick up thursday 10 am and they end up picking up thurday 5pm after a lot of calls, most of them with no answer. But I had to insist because I had people waiting for them to give the motorcycle at 10am as agreed. So they had me all day extending the pick up time by an hour until 5pm. When my motorcycle arrives NJ they not even brought it to the address in the contract, I had to go where the truck was, 3 minutes away, and help the driver to put down the motorcycle beacuse he couldn't do it. After one hour in the cold NJ we put the motorcycle on the street. Even though I insist to cover the motorcycle during the trip, it arrived, full of dirt, snow, salt and who knows what else, but that's not the real problem because in the end it can be cleaned. The problem is that when I finally took her for a detailed wash and wax, all the scratches they made to the vehicle showed up. MB Superb still don't answer the phone. So I don't recommend any one to use this service, once they take your money, you have to work around them to get done the things you have paid for. I know that the answer to this review will be them saying is my fault as it happend on google. So, don't waste your time with this people. read more

Everything went well. Mark was very good in explaining the details regarding the transport of my car, especially the insurance part and the time of arrival. The only down side I would say is that the driver asked for $50 for the luggage that was in my car. Besides that, we had no problems at all. read more

I've requested to have my vehicle shipped from Wyoming back to California. My vehicle was picked up on the desired date, the broker did an excellent job of selecting a top trucker that did a brilliant job. MB Superb is a broker company not a direct carrier although they are associated with carrier companies. Compared to the other's Alen had a trucker already that was doing the route. Vehicle was delivered successfully with out any damages during the transportation, they were responsive on few calls that i've made and the trucker was also pleasant. Top notch service for the money paid. I will definitely use this company again. read more

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are horrible and if I could give them zero stars I would. They did not stay in communication with us regarding our transport. The driver did not show up when they were scheduled and Mark with MB Superb Logistics refused to call us back and when finally contacted us he offered a $100.00 discount and it has been weeks and we still have not received the refund and once again he refuses to call us back. They reached out to me on Thursday and got my vehicle picked up the following day. The car arrived this morning from Dallas to Chicago it got delivered in two days. Assigned agent was Mark, he was excellent. This was my second time shipping the vehicle and i decided to use them. They are a new company i was a bit sceptical at the beginning but the service that was provided to me at an excellent rate i can only say that they truly live up to their name, one word truly, SUPERB. I received way higher quotes by famous companies that asked for almost double the price, i thought to myself why would i pay that much for the open trailer... Mark warned me about lowball quotes that I've avoided as well. I'm one happy customer that was updated regarding the transit during the Sunday as well, the vehicle is in a mint condition. Value overall is great. There was an inspection of the vehicle before the pick up and on the drop off as well, Daryl the trucker was very kind as well. The trucker managed to have it picked up and delivered door to door. Thank you MB Superb i will definitely use you again. read more
