We appreciate you doing the recalls but why didn't you let us know that it wasn't gonna be ready for the time you gave us luckily we showed up at 12:30 and it was ready but the lack of communication could've caused us delays Wood really did because it should've been ready at 11:30 but we gave him time just to grab lunch since we haven't heard back from him. If you're gonna add services to the appointment, that's gonna delay the pick up of the vehicle you should let someone know that. The simple lack of communication and breakdown is a reason why you're getting such a low review. All I took was a quick phone call or text or even ask if you wanted to get the recall done. What if we had a plane to catch or what if we were on a tight schedule. It's New Year's Eve and it took three hours to get an oil change. Unbelievable. Also, the customer service it's hard to even get someone on the phone. North side Lexus and Westside Lexus have been my go to. My girlfriend tried them because they're close to her job, but this will probably be the last time we visited this location. Guys your job is a service advisor is to keep the client updated and let them know what's going on. Three hours for an oil change is ridiculous.
