Nathan is a horrible manager, employee, and general individual. I truly try my best not to allow my feeling to intersect when conducting my business. I can ignore a lot of things. However, Nathan has to get out of his feelings when a customer is expressing dissatisfaction with the service he provides. Nathan is demeaning, derogartory, and rude. Since the "mandatory" implementation of US postal F1583 renewal process, this guy has completely lost his mind. It is borderline power tripping. I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting. Beau and other staff are GREAT, they've never given me special treatment, but Nathan is incorrigible. I hope they find another store manager because he is bad for business. read more

I called ahead during the week to verify the Notary hours. I came around 10:30 ish in my morning on Saturday and told the person is out on errands. If you need someone to show up to their job and be present at the designated hours, this is not the place. We are all busy, and plans are weekends accordingly for errands. On 11/28/22, I went in to get a letter for 2-day delivery. I used this business because it was next to Kroger where I needed to shop. The worker looked up the various options and said the cheapest way was for $44! I was shocked but really needed to get the out-of-state letter to the receiver. So I paid the money. The letter wasn't received for over 9 days. I went back in to get a refund and was promptly told I had to check with USPS for a refund. They simple said go on the USPS website and "maybe you'll find something." So I went online to get the refund and it was promptly denied!! Ironically the denial amount was $21.59 which means this business doubled the price of the USPS and didn't deliver as promised. Now I have to fight with USPS. The whole encounter really smells from the initial research (incompetency) for the best mailing means, to the lack of business integrity for refunding a guaranteed service and not standing behind a product. I was ripped off for $44. Although I appreciate the challenges of a small business, I'd highly recommend avoiding this company read more

Getting my passport photo was so easy. The guy was super friendly and gave me tips on a smooth application process. Highly recommend them!

This is the most convenient place to drop mail and even though it's across from the main post office, it's been too many people not socially distancing over there. Here it is clean, and I feel more comfortable. They take my packages, no fuss, and get them sent. I greatly appreciate the services they provide! read more

Exceptional service!! The staff were friendly and the line was very short, saved me probably 45 minutes to an hour compared to regular post office, especially during this busy holiday season. I came by here for the first time, about a week or so back to get passport photos (which came out good). I think the two employees, "N & N" were courteous, friendly, and prompt. I went ahead and sent my letter out for my passport while I was there. This will definitely be a choice in the future, compared to going to the post office. read more

Called to get the price for fax services, I was told $1.50 per sheet for toll free numbers and then I show up and cashier tells me $2.00. No biggie for me but he didn't apologize for the misinformation and was very off putting. He does his business faxing my things then tells me it's a $5 minimum to use my card. He should have mentioned that beforehand and then gives me a snarky comment like "well I'm going to have to charge you the fifty cent fee they charge us to use the credit card machine". I will never be coming back here and I advise others to do the same. So much for local businesses looking out for the community. read more

It is 4 days before Christmas and I just needed to fill a box I was shipping with peanuts so the glasses didn't break- there was a line and I figured with the time of year, it would be quite a long process to get my package sent. Not only did they get right to me, when he saw that it was a prepaid shipping label and I explained what I needed- he said no problem we'll take car of it! I tried to pay for the peanuts and the labor but he wouldn't let me. That's is the definition of amazing customer service!!! I'll be making this my shopping destination going forward! I dropped off a pre-labeled package for USPS here and it was never scanned or delivered. It may be slightly more convenient but not worth the peace of mind you get from using the actual post office. I will never come here again. read more

I went to Pearland Postal shortly after moving to Pearland area and it is now my one stop shop for shipping and passports. I can do regular mail, fedex, UPS, passport and other services. On top of all this, the service is excellent: professional, well informed and they actually remember my family and me when whenever we come in. They go above and beyond. Really fantastic. read more
