I have never spent more than 15 minutes waiting in line at this location. They get packed, they have lines, and they run out of space in the store for you to wait in line. But the people have always been very patient, they've been very quick to get you squared away, and I've never had an issue with service, my packages, or anything else. I also highly recommend coming out on a weekday during business hours, not necessarily during rush in the evening or the morning. Late morning, or early afternoon will set you up perfectly for a quick and efficient shipping experience.

I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. Nevertheless, I was being told that because It a Hazmat sticker they couldn't accept it, so I am explaining to the employee all I didn't was recycle the box. So after explaining several times that it wasn't what she was assuming, the box was accepted shipped back. The moral of the story is communication, please.

I figured I could just go in and print my items from the self-serve computer. However, I made the mistake of not prepaying enough for the printing, and had no way of adding money while the computer session was active. As the store was shutting down and lights were being turned off, Josh assisted me with the utmost professionalism and patience, instructing me to send my documents via email, where he finished the print job on his end on beautiful paper. I was so frustrated and couldn't figure it out and grew upset as I had been trying to no avail to get it up and working . Well I was so angry that it wasn't advertised that they don't do that so I called customer service they couldn't do anything outside of file a complaint . So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions. I don't know her name, but I'm so glad that she was there to help me today.

THIS IS A POST OFFICE and it is so close to me!!! I am very happy to discover this place out…read morebecause usually if I wanna mail something off I always drive all the way over to the Almeda Mall area and even though the drive isn't that much of a drag. It's still pretty far considering all of the lights I pass when getting to my destination. It is right next to Food Town, and even though it may look small from the outside looks are very deceiving because it fooled me I thought it was going to be a tiny building, but instead it was really big on the inside. The staff is one guy; he is very nice and friendly. He didn't charge me anything to tape up my package (for Chegg), and he gave me the best options to send my gift packages off. He also allows you to see the information that he is putting in, so if what you are saying he doesn't understand your accent. You can see if he is spelling the location right. Yesterday, I went in and I was telling him the location I wanted to send my package and since the guy was hard of hearing he couldn't understand what I was saying, and I was saying it loud. So, he showed me the screen and I just corrected him. The one on Almeda isn't like that; you either have to write it out or if they understand the computer app will verify it. Also, they sell Stamps, small boxes, you can do notary, and mailing here too! They don't just ship local, but all over the US, and countries too! But, this place doesn't have any public restrooms (though Food Town does), and they also sell local pure honey from Santa Fe, TX. I thought that was cool!
