Store locked up shop and went home early. All lights were still on and the OPEN neon sign illuminated. Very frustrating.

The new owners are FANTASTIC! My husband, whom usually never does any returns, was not able to do a return on his phone. The new owners stepped right up and helped him so he could get his return completed and on it's way! Thank you so much for your friendliness, patience, and helpfulness! We really appreciate having business owners like you and we wanted to say "Welcome to Friendswood!". I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more business because of your Wonderful customer service and skills! A Plus Pack & Ship - You are the BEST! read more

One stop shop and ship ! It's small but adorable! I would make it a stop during errands for sure read more

Love this place! I have shipped packages, had papers notarized and purchased clothing and gifts from this place. A Plus is my 'go to' store! The owners and store personnel are very helpful! read more

A fabulous place to go to mail items and to shop. Extremely friendly staff. I have known them for years and they continue to be my go to spot for a warm welcome and excellent service. read more

PLEASE READ!! This store does NOT go by UPS Shipping cost. Never shipped anything over night or second day from this store!! Saturday I had to send a cell phone to my daughter from Friendswood, TX to Steamboat Springs, Co. overnight. I was told the cost would be $180. I was so surprised of the cost. Then I was told UPS does not deliver on Sunday and would be delivered on Monday. That's 2 days! I paid and had the phone shipped. Monday, I called another UPS store in Pearland and had them quote shipping a cell phone to Colorado, I was quoted over night $140, second day $56. I was over charged, and was told they would not refund the over charge!! Please, before you go to this store, shop around! read more

OMG this place is amazing. The help staff to the owner are always helpful! I love this locally owned business

Customer service could be better. Waiting 10 min while the notary explains CBD to another customer is unprofessional and a waste of people time, why have two people in the store if only one person knows the details to products. She could have done the notary service and went back to explaining what that product was. they always take forever here anyway idk why I bother coming back. read more

I went to this store the other day to get a document notarized and shipped in an envelope I brought with me. When I walked in I was immediately uncomfortable both because of the heavily perfumed smell that permeates the place but also because there were 6 employees in the store, not one of which even attempted to practice social distancing or was wearing a mask. I'm not sure whether this is some kind of protest or what their reasoning is but this seems crazy reckless and they clearly do not care about the health or safety of their patrons. There are other local, reasonably priced options for the services they provide and I will not be back. read more

This is by far one of the most adorable and fun stores I've ever had the pleasure of entering. It's a postal/shipment store... but it's also a little boutique! They have clothing, shoes, jewelry, CBD products, and other fun little treasures. Through the entire month of December, they have complimentary buttery nipple shots, which are exceedingly delicious. The employees here are top notch; always so friendly and helpful, and not at all in that fake customer service annoying way. You can tell they have as much fun working there as we customers do shopping there. Forget the post office and its lines of moronic patrons! I love so much that I can come here instead. read more

Amazing service Smiles Fast Friendly Amazing job Thanks for all you do Team Aplus read more

Everyone is so nice, the stuff there is adorable, and I love A plus! I go all the time to ship out packages and they're so friendly, and helpful! read more

Went to use this shipping store since it was the closest UPS and Fedex shipping store close to my house. Had a prepaid, preprinted label for a equipment return to a cable company and was told to drop and they would do the rest. Now I have done this before at other shipping stores before the same way without any questions. When I brought the equipment in, the girl at the counter refused to take my equipment unless I bought a box from them. I explained that I have never been asked anywhere else ever to do that. She still said she wouldn't take it. So I left and went to another UPS store and shipped no questions asked and never had to buy anything. So my advice is never use this store for shipping. I won't! read more

This is my #1 go-to spot for all things shipping/mailing related. The owner,Azi, has always done whatever necessary to make sure I am thoroughly satisfied. Her staff including Chi, Courtney, & Lauren always greet me with a smile & a warm greeting. I highly recommend this establishment over the local post office, UPS store, or fedex office. read more

Always fair price. Always go above whatever a post office would ever do. They pack and ship almost anything Christmas time they've wrapped everyone of our gifts. They serve free adult beverages from thanksgiving to New Years. Wow. Azi. Chi. Helen. Shannon. Lauren. All always helpful. Oh yeah they sell ladies clothes. Very unique cool stuff. Cow hide purchases. Blouses. More. Stop in. Free coffee from local REMAX AGENT. read more

A+ PACK AND SHIP is the only shipping location I'll use. They have great prices and give excellent customer service. Holidays are the best time of year to visit because, in the spirit of giving, they share adult libations with friends, aka customers. I have been doing business here for years. Special thanks to #Courtney for the Christmas decorations on my package and extra cheer you gave me to-go. read more

This place is amazing! We just went this morning to get some paperwork notarized and the woman that helped us really went above and beyond and was so sweet to my son! Would highly recommend them! read more

Love the ladies, they are so kind and sweet. They will keep getting my business. Always watching out to save my company money when it comes to shipping. read more

Came in, there no hi or welcome said to me. The whole time I was in there they were just talking about how they didn't like a coworker "Karen". Over all cute Boutique but not welcoming employees. read more

Not recommended unless you are OK with paying more than double to ship items. They say they charge the same as the Post Office, but more than doubled my cost. 260% in fact. read more

I dropped off a package to be mailed USPS Priority May 18th and it still isn't at the destination. The tracking says the label was created and USPS is waiting on the item. I've talked to the destination and the post offices involved and none of them have received the package and state that the label can be created but until the package is delivered to them they cannot scan it in and track it. I even had other patrons at the post office say they too have had issues with this store when sending things out. I called once and never heard back, called again and was told it's the post office I need to talk to and have gone back and forth with A Plus Pack and Ship who refuse to take responsibility for the fact that there is no proof the package left their hands and made it to the post office. I've spent quite a bit of money in their store and this expensive lost package is the reason they will no longer get my money until they make it right. I figured a review was better than the days/weeks of going back and forth,l with them when I'm out a lot of money over this whole thing. read more

Such a charming store. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I can not imagine them not going over and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. read more

Not covid safe. None of the employees wore masks. I would not recommend if you like to follow social distance guidelines.

Went here for shipping help and did not have labels printed. Lauren was wonderful in printing my labels and shipping my packages. Would highly recommend this store for shipping needs. read more

Efficient! Efficient!! Efficient!!! Won't go anywhere else. They have a lovely gift shop, coffee service, stamps, and PO Boxes too.

We have used this store a few times to ship for us. Yesterday we brought a a package in our own box that only needed to have paper placed inside to hold it in place and a label.. It was not a large package and contained a UPS for my MAC. We were charged $40 for shipping via UPS. We should have walked away but didn't and paid it thinking shipping prices have really gone up. My husband called UPS this morning, told them what we had shipped, the dimensions and where it was going and we were told we should only have been charged $20. I could understand an upcharge for packing and even making the label but not almost double. We will never do business with this business again and will take all of our shipping directly to the UPS store in Pearland. read more

I like this place. Cute clothes, too! You can mail a package and walk out with a cute outfit.

There was a promotional event for the store right outside the shop under a tent for 4/20. Employees were handing out "door prizes" that included a one hit stick filled with their supposed "sour space candy" bud and 25 mg delta 8 gummies. So I take these products home and smoke the "one hitter" which turned out to be more like 8-10 hits and eat one gummy. I don't feel anything for about 45 mins until it hit me. I had the worst paranoia, anxiety, heart palpitations and my heart was beating a million miles a minute. So I research a little about some of the symptoms and it turns out synthetic weed provides these very same life-threatening side effects. It could be possible that this store was giving out synthetic weed to make customers have a false and better view of their products' potency and bring back more customers. Be very weary of this shop. Free CBD just doesn't do that to a person. It was something else. read more

The best place to do my mailings, what a wonderful and helpful family. I have been going there for years!

Azi and her crew at A Plus are amazing and efficient. So much nicer than going to the post office. You can browse the lovely shop attached for fashion items and gifts. I actually look forward to doing my chores if it means I have to stop by! Great local business. read more
