Wow! This post office is unbelievable! My packages we "missing" for a whole week even though I had…read moreconfirmation of delivery in my locked box. The post office said my route doesn't have a regular mail person and that he wasn't aware of the person who was delivering my route if they had a real name. Rosie was then supposed to investigate my 5 missing packages (over the week span). I waited 2 weeks with no reply from her. I then went back to Rosie and she asked for another week to investigate. I was then informed to file claims - filed the claims and their automatic claim system automatically denies them and then states I need to file appeal. What a JOKE of a place!

Be honest if you you are not able to make schedule delivery on time - don't lie and string me along telling me item still on the way when the truck was all ready back at the hub!
