The post office said my route doesn't have a regular mail person and that he wasn't aware of the person who was delivering my route if they had a real name. Rosie was then supposed to investigate my 5 missing packages (over the week span). I waited 2 weeks with no reply from her. I then went back to Rosie and she asked for another week to investigate.
