    BE CAREFUL! They "Lose Packages"…read more If you don't demand a receipt from them, your package will go missing. I didn't get a receipt and my package wasn't scanned correctly by them. 3 weeks went by and it never showed up to the destination and the tracking number was never activated because it never left their store. They looked through their documents but mysteriously was no tracking number for that day. Viewing their records my tracking number was the only 1 missing from that day. They still never found it and I lost $500 worth of valuables. It was a horrible experience. I wish I went to an actual shipping source store and not this access point. I lost irreplaceable valuables by shipping with this access point. My experience has been better going to an actual Shipping location, not an access point like this where you will be better insured in case something does happen. You are covered if damage or theft happens because other shipping sources like drugstores- Walgreens accept FEDEX drop offs and CVS accepts UPS drop and give text confirmation! If this place "loses" a package. You won't ever see it again and they will blame YOU.

    Very poor experience…read more I visited this location to quickly print 5 copies using the self-service printer; however, I was charged and the documents did not print. I then waited 10 minutes for assistance, only to be redirected to another associate who never arrived. After an additional wait, I returned to the counter and experienced further delays. Throughout the process, I had to explain the issue multiple times to different employees, with no clear ownership or resolution. The manager appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, and interactions across staff were disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the manager's communication--both with employees and directed toward me--came across as unprofessional. I overheard other customer's comment on her tone and actions. After spending more than 25 minutes attempting to complete a simple task, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was initially processed incorrectly, requiring involvement from the manager resulting in additional aggravation and delay for all parties involved. Overall, the experience reflected poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional customer environment. I highly advise avoiding this location.
