I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. So after explaining several times that it wasn't what she was assuming, the box was accepted shipped back. The moral of the story is communication, please.

Her customer service was superb! Diana was extremely patient with my job and took her time to not only help me, but answer my questions and teach me some things as well. i was highly appreciative of her and her knowledge and professionalism. Diana went the extra mile and it was apparent it was actually genuine. It's sad to say but that type of service is rare these days. Thank you Diana, you rock!

I only use UPS for returning Amazon orders and dropping off packages with prepaid labels, so I…read morecan't speak on their shipping services. The staff are always polite whenever I visit; every time I'm short on packaging tape, they offer to seal my packages for free. During a slow hour with no line, I'm in and out of the store within one minute. However, on any given afternoon, the line wraps around the entire room due to inefficient servicing. UPS management, if you're reading this, I'm begging you -- save one spot at the counter for drop-offs only. You all probably know by now that the bottleneck in wait time is due to the customers that require more extensive shipping services (i.e. packing, creating a shipping label), which leaves many of us waiting for 5-10 minutes just to hand you a package fully ready to be shipped out.

My usual printing company wasn't able to fulfill a specific set of foam boards that I needed for…read morevarious colors, so when looking at same-day printing services I came across AlphaGraphics of Downtown. There are several locations across the city, but this particular location was able to help me in a big way. The first thing that I appreciated was their swift communication. An email led to a phone call, which lead to a quick quote. They were professional the entire time and extremely good about conveying what specific print sizes were needed. The second was the quote itself, which was substantially less than several other services that I shopped around with. They were able to break down the price in a way that made sense, but more importantly was affordable in a timely manner. What I appreciated most was the print quality itself, which looked sleek and colorful. Given that all of this was accomplished in several hours, I couldn't be more satisfied. I will look to them for future print jobs and will continue to recommend them to others who are looking for the same.
