I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. Nevertheless, I was being told that because It a Hazmat sticker they couldn't accept it, so I am explaining to the employee all I didn't was recycle the box. During a slow hour with no line, I'm in and out of the store within one minute. However, on any given afternoon, the line wraps around the entire room due to inefficient servicing. UPS management, if you're reading this, I'm begging you -- save one spot at the counter for drop-offs only. You all probably know by now that the bottleneck in wait time is due to the customers that require more extensive shipping services (i.e. packing, creating a shipping label), which leaves many of us waiting for 5-10 minutes just to hand you a package fully ready to be shipped out.
