Placed an order for printer ink to pick up in store. Drove up to the store, parked and went inside…read moreto pick up the ink. Long line on a Friday mid day. Customer service was totally lacking. After waiting about 10 minutes it was my turn. I told the associate what I was picking up. Gave home my name several times and the order number. The associate seem very confused as he was trying hard to sell me printer paper, then a membership to something. I told him no thank you. That I just wanted my item and to recycle some old ink cartridges. He told me I needed to purchase $50.00 in order to cycle cartridges to which I reminded him that I had just spent $60.00. The people here seem confused.

The best kept secret in Houston. Icon furniture has to be the absolute best place to buy furniture…read moreright now. They have have a huge selection of styles in store and they also have a website where you can visit and look at the other excellent furniture that they can order for you. The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. I'm posting some photos of the showroom, you can see the selection is unique and interesting, a breath of fresh air after visiting other stores and finding nothing but tacky furniture.
