As it turns out, I just needed to call into my precinct to get more answers to my case. Todd didn't want me wasting any money on something that wouldn't benefit me in the end. He truly looked out for me and I appreciate him helping clear the muddy waters of our legal system Thanks Todd! You'll be my first call for this type of service from now on

I spoke with a clerk at one of the courts and he mentioned to try looking for a private process server. The clerk mentioned that private process servers are typically willing to make repeated attempts to serve papers and work with you more than the court or constables office for about the same price that the court would charge. Next problem was finding a reputable private process server. After a bit of Googling, I found a lot of options, but no way to know how good each service was. Serve-now.com helped me narrow down that list. Unfortunately Yelp didn't have any good reviews of private process servers in my area, so I knew this was needed. After making some phone calls to check prices and how many attempts each company would make I decided on Rapid Response Process Services. From the first communication to last with Todd Garrett, I was greeted with professional and prompt replies that gave me what I needed to know. He would leave detailed voicemails and emails when I wasn't available. He was also able to respond on weekends. After a bit of research he was able to properly serve the petition. I wish I knew about this option a couple years ago. I would recommend Rapid Response to anyone who needs a process server.
