Got into a car accident in California with the driver of the other car living in Texas. Todd was very thorough in his explanation of the process and with his updates as well. I too had a problem where I couldn't get a Motion to Modify served by the constable's office in Houston who said they tried on 6 occasions. Just spoke with M. Garrett. (phone area code 808) without listening completely to what I was trying to tell him, he told me what to do. I tried again to tell him what the matter was about. Again I heard "this is what you've got to do" So, M. Garrett know what I need to do before knowing what I need to do from me. I heard "this is what you've got to do" about 5 times in 7 minutes. May be it is because he was in hurry and had no time to listen, or may be he is making so much money that he does not want to loose time. Anyway I think that his $100 fee is too high. Myself I will go with a process server has been in Houston for a while, but who do not rush and tell me what to do without listening.
