They offer photos there, but upon arrival, we were informed that their camera was broken. They told us to come here to Artwin Graphics and they would get our photos to us quickly. Well, they did! The lady took my picture. I didn't like it, so she retook it. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes and got our photos to take back to the post office. It was $30 (maybe a little more with tax... I can't remember). I didn't know this place existed and I never intended to go there, but I was very happy with the outcome of this unexpected errand.

She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.

She refused to make the situation right and told me to leave because she wasn't going to do anything.
