They offer photos there, but upon arrival, we were informed that their camera was broken. They told us to come here to Artwin Graphics and they would get our photos to us quickly. Well, they did! The lady took my picture. I didn't like it, so she retook it. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes and got our photos to take back to the post office. It was $30 (maybe a little more with tax... I can't remember). I didn't know this place existed and I never intended to go there, but I was very happy with the outcome of this unexpected errand.

Graphic guy says they need the money two weeks ahead of time so i come by on thursday October 30th and pay the full price. He tells me in two weeks on Wednesday they would be done. I emailed him to see if they are done he says Wednesday evening or Thursday they would be done, alright that's fine. Thursday comes and he tells me 5:30 Thursday they will be done, then turns around and tells me that he can't find my package and he tracked the shirts and they won't be here til Friday or Monday. I told him I needed them by Friday cuz the game is on Saturday or I want a refund. According to him they have a no refund policy which is convenient because it doesn't say that anywhere on the invoice and receipt. So he tells me he will put our design on another shirt and have it done by Friday at 5:30. I tell him ok cuz I thought he might actually do it but boy I was wrong. At 5:30 I ask about them and he says he needs more time so at 9:30 he will deliver them. 9:30 comes around and he says he needs more time. Well here it is at 11:00 and I have called about 30 times and even texts him with no answer or response so then he texts me around 12:30 say his guy will be delivering them to my place. Didn't receive shirts til almost 2:00 am. Opened up the Wal-Mart bag he placed my shirts in, got all 11 shirts plus an extra one, front graphic on some shirts have flaws on them, the shirt itself isn't the one I ordered or even close to the color I wanted, googled these shirts and at Wal-Mart they cost $7. So with these cheap shirts he gave us plus tax and whatever he charges for printing the total would be around $197 for everything which means he owes me $270. I text him after my game with no response. Best believe I will get my money or he will have 11 angry people at his new location which he never gave me the address to or we will be showing up to his house to collect. If all else fails, small claims court here we come. He is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever met. Now it's the beginning of February and I barely received the original shirts I ordered but only received 6 out of the 11 I ordered. He tells me one of his graphic designers probably stole them and offers me a $50 credit which is bull since he said he closed his store but I know he's doing shirts out of his garage. I told him to use the store credit to order the remaining shirts and he tells me he's not reordering them and still won't give me a refund. Rey is the most unprofessional "businessman" owner I have ever encountered and will never EVER recommend anyone to do business with him.

She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.
