In this community many of us are boaters. I wanted to get my working boat thruster motor adjusted so I made arrangements to send it to Imtra. I took it to Your Printing Now on Nasa Parkway. They packed it and I insured it for $3500. UPS dropped it in transit and crushed the motor head. Imtra declared it unfixiable. UPS declined my claim against the insurance because they said the packing was insufficient. Your Printing Now declined the claim because UPS dropped the package. What good is insurance? Your Printing Now claims to be an agent of UPS. In the future I will take my expensive mailings directly to the UPS store so finger pointing is eliminated. John E. read more

This is a poorly run operation. Twice I have been to this location and they did not open on time, then when they did open they could not give me a receipt for UPS drop offs because their "system was not up" and the necessary people were not there. So now twice out of two visits I am having to come back at a later time. I complained this last time and was rebuked by the guy who showed up. Although they open at 9 he tried to tell me they were not open until 9:30. He turned his Open sign on after unlocking the door a few minutes after 9. It says online they are open at 9. They struggle to even get the overhead lights to all come on. On top of that they now want you to donate $1 for all dropoffs. UPS is paying them for this service, but their excuse for that was "we are a small business." My advice - go elsewhere for a more professionally run operation, I will!. read more

I've used this business many times before but today I was most surprised by the unprofessional way I was treated when I called to ask a question relating to the delivery time of UPS. My family recently lost our home and both vehicles to Hurricane Harvey. We sent our dog to my mother in Austin to be cared for- I paid for overnight shipping to get his medication to him before he ran out. When I called to ask what the latest time UPS delivered because the package had not arrived, I was told if it wasn't there by now it would be delivered Monday. Then I was "conveniently" disconnected. I called back to have a different employee answer and tell me in the most hateful tone of voice that "It's Friday and we are trying to close and go home." The time of my call was 5:50. Suggestion for this business: You are serving a community that has been impacted by a hurricane. Be a little more compassionate when you hear the desperation in someone's voice and don't assume they are crazy. If your business closes at 6:00 take a few minutes for a person in need. I have served the Seabrook community for many years - I have never had a bad experience with anyone in this wonderful community. I will never do business here again. read more

I am very disappointed. The young lady that works there is very nice. That is the positive. I had them pack a ship a package. The package arrived damaged. I called them twice and got no call back. I went there and left my name and number again. Still no call. I went today and the employee got the owner on the phone. He takes no responsibility for the damage even though it was packed by them. In fact he spoke only to the employee and she relayed what he was saying. He did not ask to speak directly to me. I will never use them again. read more

I work remotely and occasionally need to ship things to my employees across the country. I have a CampusShip account and print and package these items at home. I was quite surprised and put off that I was told I had to pay $1 per package to drop off at this location?!!? For what? for them to scan a barcode and put it on the truck? Not someone I will do business with in the future. read more
