Customer service is terrible. I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their mistake. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without confirmation that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.

This store used to be GREAT with awesome help, but those days are long gone. I won't be shopping here any more. Also their lines for Amazon returns are ridiculous because they don't have the staff to man them, one lady for all the returns. I was there for office supplies, and there was no help or recognizable staff to check you out for that side of the business either. I have no idea how they plan to sell balloons.
