I had to return some AT&T equipment... so AT&T informed me that all I had to do was take it to a UPS store and give them my account number then UPS would do all the rest. Of course I... being the skeptic that I am... didn't believe that it could actually be THAT easy. So, I loaded up the said equipment... found a UPS store not too far from the casa... Then headed that way. When I arrived... Carrying my box of DVR's... a very nice employee opened the door for me. I walked up to the counter and put my box down. The employee at the counter already knew what needed to be done. She asked me for my AT&T account number... typed up some stuff on the computer... then gave me a receipt then sent me on my way. YES it was that simple. The staff was quick and friendly. I walked out almost in shock that it actually went the smoothly. So, in the future... If I'm ever in need of a UPS store... Pretty sure I left another shipping company a terrible review a few weeks ago for flat out being bad at what they're supposed to do, then I had the pleasure of trying this UPS store out today. Walked in, store was very clean and organized, and I was helped within the first minute I walked in. They took my return package extremely fast and gave me my receipt, and let me know to hold on to it until I am credited from the vendor I am returning the product to. Helpful, and very fast. Okay I never thought I would be writing a review about a UPS store lol! However I have never felt so delightful shipping a package before. I will be returning especially to get the woman's name that helped me because she just made me smile the whole time. Even told me that I was very nice. Its so silly how just regular friendly conversation can make your day. Also she made sure to mention other services they offer I wouldn't of thought to go there for and have been driving to Pasadena to office depot which always stresses me out being there. I love this place for copies!! From time to time we get a flier where they offer is 100 free copies (single side, black and white). They always have helpful staff always ready for the next customer and always polite. They offer many other services that I have yet to use. I have been a customer for almost 5 years. Reviewing a UPS store seems weird, but these guys ROCK!! I had a legal document that I needed to have printed so my mother and 93-year-old grandfather could go in and sign it and have it notarized the following day. I finished the document around 4:30 Wednesday evening and emailed it to the store with instructions. I received an immediate automated confirmation that it had been received. So far, pretty much what I expected... but the NEXT day, at 10:59 am, I received ANOTHER email from an actual person telling me that my family was in the store completing the transaction. WOW! This store was the bomb; they helped me out in a real jam. Backstory: I live in California and was visiting Texas. I wanted to send a valentines package to a girl I have had a crush on. Most business start with three stars in my book and get added to, or taken away depending on service. I only had two days til Valentine's Day and missed the closing of the post office. They were open later than the post office, plus one star. I walked in, and was informed that the brown paper I wrapped my package in was not going to be sufficient. Bobbie helped me out with a new box and some packing peanuts to make sure my package was going to make it safe. I was being kind of a needy customer...but, I mean... sometimes you only get one chance to shoot your shot and this was Valentine's Day. Bobbie helped me out and was so patient, really she was a rockstar. (Plus one star) The total shipping ended up being almost 50 bucks, but it was going to get there by Valentine's Day. Which is all I needed. Again shout out to Bobbie, you are THE REAL MVP OF THIS STORY!!! POST VALENTINES UPDATE: She was pissed at me for some reason and her roommate intercepted my package. As far as I am concerned her roommate owes me fiddy dollars. This in no way affects my feelings toward the service that Bobbie provided. I have used this location twice. Once to return a package and the second time for printing services. The first time I walked in, I was obviously a newbie. I had a box but that was about it. I was helped by the nicest man! He sealed my box and helped me get tracking information on my package. It was such an enjoyable experience! And I say this realizing that all I was doing now was mailing a package. When I used this location for printing services, not only was it the most affordable, beating out all the other copy places on timing and cost, but I spoke the most wonderful lady on the phone. I had submitted everything online and called to check my order status maybe 30 minutes later for planning purposes. This store was obviously swamped with people and she told me everyone was working hard. But the part that inspired me to write this review was that she was truly apologetic that she couldn't give me a timeframe. Her tone of voice was so sincere and you could tell that she wished she could help more! This location has the GREATEST staff!! I don't know why I ever check on services through the other shippers. Back in mid December 2013, i shipped my son's computer off from this location. I definitely insured it. Somewhere along the line, the computer was lost. I went back to the store at the end of December because the computer company never received the package. I spoke with Jenni, the manager. She has been working diligently, every day, with both the claims department, the UPS hub and the corporate office to find the computer and now that the computer is officially lost, she has been working to get us the insurance money. It has been 2 1/2 months since we started and she has not given up or passed the problem on to someone else. She has stayed with it. I can not say enough about this place on how hard they have worked for us. I dont know many places that would have done what she is doing. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jenni! read more
