When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

    Very poor experience…read more I visited this location to quickly print 5 copies using the self-service printer; however, I was charged and the documents did not print. I then waited 10 minutes for assistance, only to be redirected to another associate who never arrived. After an additional wait, I returned to the counter and experienced further delays. Throughout the process, I had to explain the issue multiple times to different employees, with no clear ownership or resolution. The manager appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, and interactions across staff were disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the manager's communication--both with employees and directed toward me--came across as unprofessional. I overheard other customer's comment on her tone and actions. After spending more than 25 minutes attempting to complete a simple task, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was initially processed incorrectly, requiring involvement from the manager resulting in additional aggravation and delay for all parties involved. Overall, the experience reflected poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional customer environment. I highly advise avoiding this location.

One employee was still assisting another customer, so I quietly began my print job. However, that same employee abruptly told me the store was closed and made me leave before I could finish. She did say I should go to Staples- down the street. Wow! It was extremely disappointing -- especially since I wasn't asking for any help and was simply using a self-service station that takes payment on the spot. A little courtesy or flexibility would've made a huge difference. Instead, I left frustrated and without the prints I needed.

    Really convenient location defines the utility of this store. Right at a busy intersection (and…read moreacross the street from my work) make it perfect to stop by on the way to something else. The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed.

There were some F-bombs dropped by the manager. The USPS dude invited him outside to settle things, but the manager relented. He has a HUGE mouth, but I'm thinking that he comes from a culture that talks trash without backing it up.) Attention, UPS: Fire this guy.
