They charge 2 dollars to print out your tracking label. $2! Ridiculous. They are taking advantage of the situation. Customers are already there and going back home to print something is inconvenient. And, God forbid, you need to tape something up, you need to buy a roll of tape. What's next? Carpet wear off charge for standing inside? I understand that it adds up to print labels for all customers but it costs them few cents to print one page of paper. read more

Went in today to make some returns. I had several so I had them organized to make it as easy as possible for whoever had to scan them. Today I was unlucky enough to get the lady who works there. Most people avoid her because she's not pleasant but I haven't experienced that until today. Her huffing and puffing during the scanning like I was inconveniencing her was off putting to say the least. It was so ridiculous I asked her if she was having a bad day. She said no with an attitude and continued to be unpleasant. Sad because this was my go to UPS store. read more

I keep discovering other people's mail in my P.O. box. When I bring it up to the manager, they just shrug and say, "I'm sorry." While one instance is understandable, this has happened multiple times, indicating a problem. On two occasions, large checks meant for my nonprofit have gone missing. read more

Minus 5 stars Today, Friday 6th March 6.05pm I went to ship out 2 heavy boxes. The heavy set girl with glasses watched me struggle with the boxes, she didn't even have the decency to hold the door for me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never be back. What a poor choice of employee to represent your store. It was Miss Ramos, not Mr Ramos. Had she have given me her name when I asked for it rather than saying I don't need as I don't want your service. Being pregnant does not stop someone from Smiling and greeting a customer, being pregnant does not prevent you from holding a door open, being pregnant is no excuse for extremely poor customer service. read more

So recently my gf had to mail a few boxes to her brother in the military. They were bigger items, gifts for the kids. I am super savvy with smaller items and shipping due to ebay/amazon and the sorts but bigger stuff I don't have boxes for. Since her brother was going to be paying for it anyways she decided to come here. At first I thought she was talking about one of those mailing places that jack up the prices, but this was a legit UPS store. They took care of her, packaged it well, and gave her normal rates. If I am in clearlake and need to mail a large package with no packing supplies, I would just let these guys handle it. Takes the headache away. read more

Just stopped by the Clear City Blvd location to ship a package approximately 10 minutes prior to closing. There was a line of 4 people ahead of me & one elderly lady being helped at the desk. When the clerk was finished with that customer, she called the next in line, then told the rest of us to leave because it was now after 3pm, their closing time. Yep, that is what really happened. That clerk ran 4 customers out of the store with their packages because she did not want to stay later than closing time. Last time I will use that location. read more

Great customer service! I often stop in to drop off packages at this UPS store. The Gus working there are always friendly. Today, I had EIGHT separate Amazon return packages (thanks, Amazon!), and the UPS Store guys were so kind & patient with me. Do not waste your money on next day air delivery. It is very expensive and it is incredibly unreliable. My "next day air" package took FIVE days to arrive. If I did ground transportation, it would have arrived in the same amount of time for 1/6th of the price. When I called for a partial refund, UPS said they are not doing any refunds right now regardless of the circumstances. No one told me that when I selected the most expensive shipping option at the store. So now I am out the $170 I spent on shipping a small package and the package is useless now due to how late it is. Very frustrating that customer service can't do more to help. read more

Stopped in for a notary public because my bank wait was ridiculous. They were fast and efficient, and they did everything I needed. All of it was only $6, which was worth the fast service. Only complaint would be all the fans they had blowing blew my poets around while he was filling out my info. Friendly service as well. read more
