I then waited 10 minutes for assistance, only to be redirected to another associate who never arrived. After an additional wait, I returned to the counter and experienced further delays. Throughout the process, I had to explain the issue multiple times to different employees, with no clear ownership or resolution. The manager appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, and interactions across staff were disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the manager's communication--both with employees and directed toward me--came across as unprofessional. I overheard other customer's comment on her tone and actions. After spending more than 25 minutes attempting to complete a simple task, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was initially processed incorrectly, requiring involvement from the manager resulting in additional aggravation and delay for all parties involved. Overall, the experience reflected poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional customer environment. I highly advise avoiding this location.

When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN.
