Really convenient location defines the utility of this store. Right at a busy intersection (and across the street from my work) make it perfect to stop by on the way to something else. The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed. read more

OK. so, my wife insisted on returning a package today at this UPS store, and I followed her in. -- The same jackass manager got into it with a U.S. Postal Service guy. There were some F-bombs dropped by the manager. The USPS dude invited him outside to settle things, but the manager relented. I'm certainly not a fan of "taking things outside," but I'm really surprised that this manager hasn't been confronted in the store. (I'm not surprised that he wouldn't go outside. He has a HUGE mouth, but I'm thinking that he comes from a culture that talks trash without backing it up.) Attention, UPS: Fire this guy. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been a UPS customer for years and have NEVER been charged to pick up a package -- until this ridiculous location. Visit #1: No charge. Visit #2 and #3: Suddenly they want $25 to hand me my own package. After I already paid shipping through Amazon. I contacted Amazon corporate and UPS directly, and BOTH confirmed that this location's $25 pickup fee is not allowed, not standard, and not part of UPS policy. This location randomly decided to add a 25$ additional pickup charge to a package that had already had shipping fully paid for. The added cost was just a label with sharpie scribbled on the side, with no real explanation as to why the fee was added other than the store needs to make money too. From looking online, I do see reports that these stores can add pickup fees, but none as high as what they added to my package. Don't recommend shipping your packages to this location or using their services. read more

Do you need to ship something? Well let me tell you this is not the place to ship from unless you like getting yelled at. I have been a loyal customer for years using this place about 4 or 5 times a month. I needed a label printed for a prepaid package. They charged me $6.81 to print one label. At first I thought they were joking since I've never paid for a label before. He said $6. For the computer, $.30 for the label and the rest is tax. Then another customer came in. He needed a box, that's $15. For a box to send a pair of shoes and additional $6.81 for the label. I told that customer that this was ridiculous and he agreed. He to said the same thing that he never paid for box or label. FedEx and USPS provide both for free and other then the postage, the label is also free. That's when I assume the manager started yelling at me. I didn't raise my voice once or speak rudely to the man but that didn't stop him. The other customer ended up going elsewhere like I should have done. Ups stores are like McDonald's. There located nearly on every corner. As a customer i don't have to put up with this type of behavior for a business that clearly doesn't appreciate my business but then again, how many companies do you see with 1 star? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even if it means driving a few more blocks to get to another UPS. You'll thank me later. read more

I have watched him be rude, confrontational and straight up lie to customers. Myself included. I usually only drop in for Amazon returns but one time I was sending a package. Tried to scam me saying I had to pay $3 for tape on a prepaid no box or label needed return. Refused to accept and started yelling after read him the instructions provided to me. **Update** I can officially confirm the staff at this location not only tried to scam me but are scamming other people. I drove across town to another UPS store and they scanned my barcode and placed the item in a bag and put the label on it without charging me anything. The lady at the new store I went to stated that they have a partnership and the vendor pays for everything hence the prepay barcode. I tried showing and explaining this to the original place I went to but he argues with me and stated "we do a bunch of these everyday and this is how it is" which confirms they are scamming people by charging them boxes or supplies to ship an item that's already been paid for by the vendor to return. Return instructions on barcode: "UPS - No box or label needed Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official UPS store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts and show the QR code to an associate. They will print the label, package, and ship the return for you. Find locations | How to return" I think part of the issues is they are using the line where it states "Bring item in its original packaging" as being it in the original shipping box. This was essentially a box within a box. I brought the box with the product unopened and he said he can't ship it like that or someone will steal it or sell it that I needed the original shipping box or buy a new one. Again this is clearly not the case as I brought the product in its original box (not shipping box) and it was placed in a bag with a label and returned to vendor as it's supposed to be. Too bad I had to drive 30 min across town to another location because these guys here don't know what they are doing or like scamming people and double dipping. Horrible! Do not waste your time! I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to this location. All I needed was to simply ship out a package that I sold online, had a QR code for the shipping label, box was all taped up, I thought it was good to go. I should've known better when I realized the older couple in front of me were there for a second time, because the employee of the store told them they needed to tape up their heavy Amazon return in a giant box. Which actually isn't required by Amazon for returns, it just has to be in the MANUFACTURER'S original packaging, not the original Amazon box like the employee had stated to them. I was shipping out my item in a big variety chip box that is commonly sold at grocery stores, never had issues at other UPS locations or with other shipping vendors. Apparently it was a big deal to the employee of this location and he refused to ship it out until I raised issue then he begrudgingly printed the label out and proceeded with the process. If all you want to do is just process Amazon returns in Amazon packaging, then just state that on your door, the rest of us will ship out elsewhere. And also make customers aware of issues while they're in line instead of making them wait 10+ minutes to get to the counter to try to turn them away. Every other UPS location I have been to will tape up your Amazon return, even if it's labeled "customer packed." I'm pretty sure THIS specific location fabricated its own "policy" to charge customers for an entire roll of tape to seal a return package. They're extremely rude about it, too - both the male manager and female employee (probably the manager's fault). I came here to return a box one small side was not completely taped down. This is how Amazon sent me the box. To charge someone 3 dollars to one small piece of tape? Really it's not like the box was completely open. I walked to dollar store next door bought duck tape for $1.35 and wrapped it 5 times to make sure that would get the job done. I showed up to return an item that was prepaid. Both packaging and shipping were previously paid for. I ask the older man working to scan the QR code that I provided. He refused to scan and demanded I pay him to package the item again. I politely explained that it had been prepaid and if he scanned the QR code he would see that. He then makes a remark about how if I have enough money to buy the item I am shipping out, then I have enough to pay for him to package it as his "dreamed" to own such a nice item. All in all, awful customer service and it's worth the drive to go to another UPS Store or FedEx. I have called and filed a formal complaint with UPS. This individual should absolutely NOT be working with customers. I've been coming to the store for the better part of 7 years without incident until today. I drop off packages here every week. Recently, two of my packages didn't reach their destination and I had to issue refunds to customers. Today, I simply asked for a receipt for my package drop-off and was immediately met with an outrageous attitude. When I asked for my package back, she escalated into an unhinged rage. Other customers in the store were visibly uncomfortable. I left the store to put my packages in the car and collect my phone, then returned to get a phone number. From the moment I walked in, she started screaming and threatening me profanity. She wouldn't allow a coworker to speak to me when I tried asking for a phone number (For the record, I got the information that I needed. Obviously, her coworker recognizes that she is a problem as well). She threatened and pretended to call the police, which I realized was a farce as she made a physical threat when I walked out of the store. a Black man with a thick accent "helped" me at the counter. i held up my two bar codes to scan like i usually do to return things. i had two boxes. instead he asked for my name and number which has never been asked of me before. i gave it to him without thinking. he proceeds to only scan one bar code but somehow prints out two stickers for each box. i told him he didn't scan the second bar code for the second return. he gaslights me saying he did. his tone was degrading. i walked out feeling like i was crazy. later, i got an email confirmation for only ONE of the items. i am so pissed. i wish i can go back and tell him off for being a jackass but i have no way to prove he was lying. i won't even get my money back for the second return read more

Major complaint over a period of time is when you are placing a return with Amazon or any other activity that requires your cell phone the clerk will quickly GRAB the cell phone from your hand to help with the transaction. During this time of Covid in particular it is important! Hands off! Just plain "Common sense" Management attention immediately. I have 2 Ups store boxes for my businesses and neither one has ever charge me more than $1.50 for one page print out (it's normally like .50 cents). BUT $6 holy hell. I was at the store on 10/1 and requested a tracking number on a letter I was mailing. I paid for my postage and got my receipt that had a tracking number on it. Today, which is Friday 10/7 and the person never got their letter. They also mentioned the tracking number was invalid. I tried to look it up myself and the person was right. The owner is an absolute a**! I stopped in to ship a package today, and the owner refused claiming there wasn't enough tape on the bottom of the box. I asked if he could tape it and he absolutely flew off the handle. He said he would tape it for $3.00. Considering I didn't want to drive home to tape it up and then drive back, I agreed to the $3.00. Once he had the cash in hand he became an absolute a** indicating his displeasure in the situation. At that point I told him to forget about it and I asked for my money back...so he just through it on the floor and told me to get out. Then he became verbally abusive, shouting obscenities and acted like he was going to come around the counter to attack me. I was absolutely shocked!
