And the guy says let me call my dispatcher then hands up and blocks me. This is not how you run a business. Dont tell a customer you will be able to move there items and your available! I had a local move , just 10 min up the street in houston/cypress ,…read moreand was trying to find the most efficient workers, who were also within budget and could help me pack up any boxes that I did not get to. What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

Really convenient location defines the utility of this store. Right at a busy intersection (and…read moreacross the street from my work) make it perfect to stop by on the way to something else. The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed.

THIS IS A POST OFFICE and it is so close to me!!! I am very happy to discover this place out…read morebecause usually if I wanna mail something off I always drive all the way over to the Almeda Mall area and even though the drive isn't that much of a drag. It's still pretty far considering all of the lights I pass when getting to my destination. It is right next to Food Town, and even though it may look small from the outside looks are very deceiving because it fooled me I thought it was going to be a tiny building, but instead it was really big on the inside. The staff is one guy; he is very nice and friendly. He didn't charge me anything to tape up my package (for Chegg), and he gave me the best options to send my gift packages off. He also allows you to see the information that he is putting in, so if what you are saying he doesn't understand your accent. You can see if he is spelling the location right. Yesterday, I went in and I was telling him the location I wanted to send my package and since the guy was hard of hearing he couldn't understand what I was saying, and I was saying it loud. So, he showed me the screen and I just corrected him. The one on Almeda isn't like that; you either have to write it out or if they understand the computer app will verify it. Also, they sell Stamps, small boxes, you can do notary, and mailing here too! They don't just ship local, but all over the US, and countries too! But, this place doesn't have any public restrooms (though Food Town does), and they also sell local pure honey from Santa Fe, TX. I thought that was cool!

They wrapped all my furniture without asking. They re-assembled everything correctly, again without asking. No surprises in paying at the end (it was an hourly rate in 15 minute blocks after 2 hours). Highly recommend - I have seen the old reviews, they are not like that at all in my opinion. BTW, nearly 30 years in the military with many, many moves. I have seen some amazingly awful moves but B & S nailed this move - thanks!
