I brought my iPad to get the screen fixed & before it was dropped off my Apple Pencil worked perfectly fine but after having to drop my iPad off to them multiple times due to this issue plus my screen popping out, I am stuck with a iPad and pencil that are glitching. The only response I have gotten is that there are no refunds, however, the job was done beyond poorly. GO TO THE APPLE STORE!!! This past Sunday I came back for a replacement and by Monday morning the same thing happened with the replacement. DO NOT go here! Just go to the apple store instead, I feel scammed from this place! I cracked my iphone 14 pro max and I was told that I was getting an "original screen" by the employee who physically did the "fixing" and the man I had called on the phone. They told me that my specific phone model needed an original screen (the expensive kind) to avoid any issues/glitching. After paying an absurd $330, I noticed that my phone wasn't working right even though they ensured to me that this expensive screen would be okay. My phone had major touch/swipe issues and would randomly restart and shut down. It would also alert me constantly with a notification saying that my screen display was not genuine. I even went back to them the same day to see if it was okay and he said it was fine. The employee himself was very kind but I do want everyone to know not to trust their work. I had to end up going to the apple store to get it fixed and it ended up costing me another $400. Do not make my mistake! A phone screen repair should not cost someone $750, just do it right the first time! read more

I took my Samsung S20 into a couple feet of a river thinking it was water proof. It was working alright for awhile after but eventually the screen would not turn on. I was told by Samsung and another repair store that they would need to replace the motherboard and it was better to buy a new phone. I was worried about losing all my data from internal storage. I'm glad I decided to call this store because they were able to clean all the water inside and replace just the screen so I can use my phone again! read more
