I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

Once I returned home my phone read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" and the phone edges were chewed up. This same employee forgot to re-install the "SIM CARD" which disabled my phone for nearly 24 hrs. I returned the following day and this same employee tossed this SIM CARD onto the countertop causing the SIM CARD and SIM CARD HOLDER to separate. I walked out disappointed and noticed the phone still read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" while at my vehicle, so I walked back in and this employee stated, "You forgot your SIM CARD." This employee damaged my phone's backplate, failed to install my SIM CARD disabling my phone for nearly 24 hrs, and never implemented any professionalism or integrity. He then blamed me for all his mistakes. Once home I inspected my phone more closely and noticed more damage done by this employee taking my phone apart to install the new battery. I reached out asking for assistance with the damages, and I was ignored, therefore I wrote them a negative review. This employee eventually returned my call putting all the blame on me and stated I was rude. I asked to speak with his manager and he refused and hung up. A few days later his manager called me, but only spoke broken English. His primary concern was having me delete my negative review and he had no interest in his employee mistakes. Plus, this Phone Repair Ambulance (Westchase) manager refused to replace my phone's backplate his employee broke until I agreed to delete my review.
