My front screen and LCD were damaged and needed repair. Came here to have it fixed and they recommended I did the back plate as well since it was broken as well. Cool. No problem. Took about 3-4 hrs and cost $120 for both front and back. (Tip: Always get the name of the person who gave you a quote. They will bait you on the phone with a cheap price, and switch to a higher price when you get there.) Be adamant and let them know "NO, I was quite $XYZ." With that being said, picked up my phone. Got home and tried to take a pic with the back camera. Did not work. The crazy thing is... the back camera worked because it kept taking pics while the screen was locked. Called this place and let them know the issue. Took it back 2 times and they were unable to fix it. The girls who work there need to work on their customer service. Extremely rude and impatient. I called to inquire on the status of my camera fix, and she hung up in my face twice. TWICE! I was two seconds from going up there and giving her a piece of my mind!!!! But when I got there, Sam calmed me down. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but he was nice and respectful. He offered to have me bring my phone back (it was nearing closing time) and he would take it to a third party for repair. Only $35 for parts. To start off, I have a cracked screen on my phone. There was an OtterBox on my case and my phone still got a crack on it. I was very disappointed this happened to me, and I started my search for a shop to replace my screen. Let me start off by saying when I contacted the store on yelp, they responded within 30 minutes which was great! I was able to set up a next day appointment because I inquired about getting my phone fixed late Sunday night. In the morning I was able to drop off my phone with my appointment number. The staff was very helpful in getting my information. Be mindful that they take only cash or debit card. No credit card. They told me that it would be ready the same day I would just come pick it up in the afternoon. I was eager to get my phone back early so I showed up maybe 15 minutes early. But you can always call to make sure your phone is ready before you pick it up. Overall, the functions on the phone work perfectly well and my screen is back to being brand new! One of the reasons I went with this store is because they are expensive in comparison to all of the other stores that I shopped around that. My iphone screen had been cracked for a while and I finally decided to repair it 5 days ago. It was my first time using Yelp to request quotes and they got back to me pretty quickly. After shopping around, I determined that this was the most affordable option (especially after applying the $15 off first repair Yelp promotion) and headed in to get my phone looked at. The girl assisting me told me it would take about 45 mins to an hour but the repair was complete within 30 minutes which was great. When I got my phone back, I instantly noticed that the screen resolution was different. The colors seemed off. I mentioned this to her and she said the screen isn't an official Apple screen but it was a top brand of the aftermarket screens. I wish this was disclosed before the repair was done, which is why I'm docking one star. They do have a 7 day warranty if anything is wrong with the screen (no physical damages, scratches, cracks etc.) and the only thing I've noticed so far is that I need to press down harder on the camera icon on the lock screen. It's a quick, easy, and affordable fix for someone trading in the phone or who doesn't care about the screen resolution, but if you're a content creator, photo editor, etc. who needs to see clear, accurate colors, I would go to someone who offers the official Apple screen repair. read more

Also I paid a lot for a screen saver and it wasn't even the right size for my phone.
