I've been coming to cellular port from my iPhone and iPad repairs for two years now. These guys are the best in the business. The repairs are good, fast, and cheap, and their customer service is great. Ask for Murk. She is a gem. On my most recent visit, I brought in a broken iPad Air to replace a cracked screen. I had to laugh, because upon further inspection, they informed me that the screen wasn't cracked it all, it was just the screen protector that had cracked. The screen they had put on last year was in perfect condition. So they cleaned it up and put on a new screen protector, without charging me the full price, which I was fully prepared to pay. Had the unfortunate experience of severely damaging my phone. Went out on limb and bought a groupon to this establishment. Was nervous, turning over my phone to a business off of harwin area and questioned my decision to go with an off the beaten path company. Turn my phone over to them and was told to return in one hour. I came back before the one hour with the receptionist informing me that my phone was ready. Surprise number one. I asked if there were hidden fees and she smiles and said no our business was done. Surprise number two! Lessoned learned, never judge a book by its cover. Okay, so as usual I always have a cracked screen or need for battery replacement or some such other nuance in my life. In any event, I contacted Cellular Port and was able to get the battery replaced, screen repaired, and a new cord with block/port for less than a hundred, really reasonable prices. The interior is different from my memory of previous visit; however, the personnel are all very respectful and courteous. You don't leave feeling cheated or hoodwinked and they are also timely. My daughter broke her iPhone 6 screen. I thought to get it fixed and wanted to try CellularPort out. We came in the store on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy with people having problems with their phones like us. I was quoted $40 to fixed the screen and 30-40 minutes for it to be done. We decided to wait for it and it was completed in 20 minutes. The business seems to be family owned and the service was quick and friendly. My daughter's phone is working fine now and looks great. Literally just got finished here and had to write a review. They were AWESOME. My phone was cracked and bad! It also had black spotting from LED damage. It looked horrible. Within 45 mins it was back to looking brand new. Great price and great customer service. Very accommodating. I used to Groupon but the gentlemen told me if it ever happens again to just go through them and they will honor the price. Thanks for the quick fix guys! Miguel was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my phone and what needed to be done to repair it. Good service and super affordable. I got my boyfriends iPhone 8plus screen and back camera fixed here. Around $80-$60 for the screen and $20 for the back camera before taxes. THAT IS SUPER CHEAP COMPARED TO WHAT THE APPLE STORE CHARGES! The phone was finished within an hour but I think wait time also depends on how busy they are. The lady and the gentleman I spoke to about my phone were both so professional and friendly. Both my LCD and my phone screen were broken , and when i came back from dropping it off I almost didn't recognize my phone. It looked brand new , and I got a 4D screen protector for less than $20. Late review but I went in a few weeks ago to get my screen fixed because it was shattered. New screen was great. Maybe waited 45 minuets when I was told it was gonna be an hour so that's nice.
