Wonderful visit to this place today to get a battery replacement in my iPhone 12 Pro. Incredibly intelligent and nice individual took care of me. Great price too. I highly recommend this place Frank (electrical engineer) read more

Once the inevitable screen crack happened to my Pixel Pro, I began shopping around immediately for places that could fix it. The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again. read more

This place is horrible!!!! They over charge you and they don't fix your phone correctly I've had 2 serrate occasions where I brought my phone to get fixed and it was broken 2-3 days later and when I call them they act like I'm dumb or something. if I could give 0 stars I would read more

came in looking for a new phone and the staff helped me out from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The service was fast, the prices were great, and they explained everything clearly. I'm really happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Definitely a store I'll recommend to everyone! read more

This place is horrible. I agreed to a price over the phone with the guy, and when I got there, he gave me a whole different price at the end of fixing my phone not only that my iPhone 8 was black, and the screen was cracked, and the battery was defaulted so when he came out back, everything was fixed but he gave my phone a white screen without even asking me if I was OK with that from there the next day my phone is already malfunctioning again the screen is not responding so I go back to the shop and it's a new guy, a young Indian kid with butter teeth. He was antagonizing going on and on saying that there was no transaction in the computer because the fact that the guy who fix my phone charged me 95 I told him it was 95. Of course he cannot find it in the computer because I paid with five $20 bills so he's going on and on and on trying to argue saying there's nothing he can do about it and that we would have to pay for it again when it came to fixing the phone he even tried to hit my girlfriends phone out of her hand when she was recording the transaction on the computer that he allowed her to film. This place is horrible service, rude And have no professional skills at all it is definitely a NO GO. read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE SCAM These people are here to scam you. They will lie to you about how long and how much it costs, and then when they have your belongings, they hold them hostage to get more money out of you. Currently, they lied about my repairs taking 3 hours, and said they would call us back with updates. They never did. We had to call them, where they told us it would take 3 more days. I asked for a refund, and they said no. The clerk is snarky, unprofessional, and will take advantage of any weakness you show. They tell me there is no way to contact the manager, and that he isn't in the store most of the time. They told my non-white gf they would refund the phone, and when I showed up (white) they started giving me excuses again, so they are also racist. I went to this store to replace my iPhone's battery. The whole experience was strange, to say the least. The clerk asked me to open my iphone and immediately disappeared with it in the back room. When I was paying with my credit card, he asked for my DL and took a picture of my ID and credit card. All this left me with a strong feeling of a possible fraud. I took all the necessary protective measures against fraud, as soon as I got home. In addition, the next day, the newly installed battery was down to 73% from fully 100% charged just 2 hours earlier, and down 32% by 2pm. read more

I just fixed iPhone 12 from here they did good job and best price ever before this store I went 3 stores they charged me a lot

Absolutely do not recommend coming here! First off the guy asked for my password to my phone for settings and to make sure everything works fine, he proceeds to use my phone for another purpose and decides to impersonate me by going through my personal gmail account and writing a 5 star review for this store, not only that I woke up the next day to another Review that I DID NOT write on my other gmail account . lord knows what else he could have did with my phone . I paid 280 total to get my front screen , battery , and back screen fixed but all very shi* quality ... my phone lags really bad , it overheats , my camera has a really purple like filter over the camera , and my phone is really fuzzy/blurry and glitchy . absolute scammers , when I went to confront one of the workers who worked on my phone (Alex) he lied to me the whole time , DO NOT trust any of the workers there i will be suing for impersonation also.... read more

I went to Phone Repair Techs for an Apple IPhone battery replacement. After paying $85, what I got was not an Apple battery. Once home I got a message on the phone that the "health" of the battery could not be determined. I called the store and spoke with Alec(?) who indicated that it was an Apple battery without a chip. Well, the Apple Store had a good laugh about that explanation and will provide documentation that the battery was not Apple's. I called the store offering to return their battery for a refund. The bottom line is that the only solution is filing a small claims case and contacting the AG. read more

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. I literally been coming here for a couple years and every time they get new management they give you the run around. I literally took my broken Apple Watch to them that they said they could fix. Gave my name and number and told me they would give me a call if they could repair it and never did but when I call asking about it no one knows anything. Fucking foreign people from overseas don't do good business. DO NOT GO HERE read more

My boyfriend broke his phone on a Saturday so we frantically searched around for a place that was open on a Sunday and reached out to many of the businesses on yelp and this was one of the ones that responded! We ended up bringing his phone in on Monday as a walk-in you don't even need an appointment took him 45 minutes. Quick fast service! read more

Came here to get my screen fixed for my iPhone 8 Plus. I used Yelp's quote feature ahead of time, and they gave me the best deal. No appointment necessary. Give them the phone and come back 30 minutes later. My phone's screen looked good as new! They also honored the check-in deal which gave me 10% off the quoted price. Very easy and fast experience. read more

All the Yelp reviews are spot on, unfortunately broke my Apple Watch screen and went here for a replacement. They did an excellent job at a fraction of the price and turnaround time was on point as well. Will definitely go here again and recommend this place to anyone read more

After repeated dropping, the screen cracked again. The glass screen protector really came in handy because it does crack before your actual screen. This phone has been dropped and thrown more times than I can count (my children use it). I went in today to get the screen replaced. Service was very quick. I dropped it off while I went to run an errand. When I returned, the phone looked like new :) I am so happy I don't have to worry about the kids slicing their finger anymore lol. The owner was very friendly. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend read more

Fixed my phone screen beyond expectations. Will definitely go back if it ever happens again.

I came in with a cracked iPhone X screen. I was in and out in 20min!! Great prices and I'm grateful that they even put a screen protector on my phone. I'm sure it was because I came in with a protector as well. But still!! Thanks guys!! read more

I came here being out of town and searching online last second and received the best service at an affordable fair price. I had to fix only a screen on the iPhone XR(or so I thought), I went in and was informed the LCD received damage. Fortunately I got both fixed at a reasonable price and within 10-15 min, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I recommend this place to EVERYONE, 11/10 service hands down. read more

By far the best & fastest service I have ever received from an iPhone repair shop. AND THE BEST RATE! My son dropped my phone down the stairs, & I, of course, didn't have the protective cover on it. My screen was shattered so badly I literally had to put tape on it to keep the glass together. I was expecting an insane price and to be told the same thing I was the last two times I got my screen repaired elsewhere: discount for a Yelp review, etc, Not the case. I called and advised I may arrive after 6:30. They said they should still be able to take care of me. While I was there two more people arrived even closer to closing time and they were still able to accommodate them. I received a direct price, WAY lower than other places I called. They fixed the phone right in front of me and it also comes with a warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone! These gentlemen are professional and stand by their work. I'm a returning customer as needed for sure! Side Note: the treatment of minorities working hard in this country is often disgusting. To the rude lady who walked in yelling at the worker because she cracked her screen again and voided the warranty and was upset she had to pay taxes... wow! What a horrible behaving person. The workers, though, never raised their voices or lost their professional tone and demeanor. read more

Wonderful service! My phone's screen was completely scattered and he had helped to replaced it quickly with a very affordable price. Thank you so much for the additional discount! The owner is absolutely really friendly and truthful. I did not like my first new aftermarket replaced screen, and he helped change it to a used original one without any additional charges. I also have my mom's phone battery replaced here, and it works wonderful as well. Highly recommended for all tech repair works that you need for your gadgets. Thank you! read more

I had my phone repaired here in March. Although the screen worked well for a week it began to have something akin to seizures every now and then.
