Our only go to place to fix our Apple products. They are punctual and budget friendly. Customer service is excellent. I am not very tech savy, but each time I explained what I needed they delivered. read more

great costumer service I really appreciate these kind, respectful, honest people. and very professional.

I needed the back glass replaced on my iPhone 14 and went to Dr Cell Phone. They didn't have the right color in stock but were upfront about it and ordered it for me. It arrived the next day, and the repair was done quickly and professionally. Great service overall! read more

Tony went above and beyond to fix my issue! Yes it took about 20 hours for everything, but at the end he found my favorite phone model and replaced my iPhone. Thank you for that! read more

Tony, owner of the Dr. Cell Phone store in Sugar Land, called me this morning to apologize for handling my situation so badly and has now given me a full refund for the cracked screen he replaced on my iPad. I am now a happy customer. read more

Terrible place! Save your money. I got my screen fixed and their product is after market. My phone is now lagging, unresponsive, and battery drains quickly all because they don't use Apple certified screens. I would have rather just paid Apple the extra money for a proper functioning screen. They should inform customers that they give after market screens and not genuine Apple screens. Also terrible attitude from the guy at the front. Would never recommend this place. read more

I called this place 1-2 months ago and talked to Tony about my switch. Even though it was a 1-2 minute call, he was very kind and informative. Fast forward to now and I had trouble taking out the back plate of my switch due to the screws, so I came to check this place out when I couldn't get the screws out. Brought my Nintendo switch in and Tony helped me out. He was so nice and fixed my issue in less than 10 mins! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, the guy took forever to fix my phone. It took about 7 hours but the guy said it would take 3-4 hours. After all this, the "repair" left my phone crooked and off-centered for $160. read more

I used to really like this place and came here often for gadget repairs, because they are more convenient than dealing with the Apple Store, but they've gone downhill in the last six months in making claims that they can fix stuff and then deciding they can't. This has happened three times now. The last straw was that I took my iPad in for a new headphone jack on a Monday and prepaid for the part that had to be ordered because "that way we'll remember to order it." They told me the part would be in the next Monday and they'd call me. Monday comes, no call. You can guess what happened. I come in on Tuesday and am told they didn't order the part. WTF?!?! I ask for a refund and at first they try to give me a discount on the repair but then pretty quickly just refunded my money. I hate going to the Apple Store for repairs, because it's inconvenient to go to the mall and more expenbut at least they are reliable. UPDATE: Thought I'd give them another chance. Nope. read more

I would not recommend this place. I dropped off my Apple watch to have the screen replaced. After 2 days the screen cracked and they refuse to replace it without me paying again. I paid $120 and the watched is broken again. Horrible service! read more

Got a Cell Phone Issue? Call the Doctor! Fast...Acurate...and Honest!

Very good they fixed my phone screen for a good price and the phone is working completely fine now

Husband needed his Google Pixel 4 screen fixed after our kid decided that it would make a good baseball. He called around to a couple places to see where he could get his phone fixed the fastest, and found out that all the shops would have to custom order the replacement part since they didn't usually carry it in stock. This shop quoted they'd most likely get the part by the next day and would be able to get the repair done within an hour-ish once they got the part, whereas the other shop said they'd need 3-5 business days to get the part. He also got a better price here ($230 total). As promised, my husband was able to drop off the phone the next day around 4pm and it was completed in about an hour. Even though they closed at 5, they stayed open a little after just to make sure they would be able to get the repair done so that he could get his phone back. The screen now looks brand new, and you can't even tell it had to be repaired. They did a great job! Highly recommend! Just one FYI for finding the shop, it's located in the back area of the plaza (so the opposite side of the building from Homegoods/Ross), so finding it can be a little tricky, but it's pretty obvious where the store is once you're on the right side of the building. read more

I had the BEST experience at Dr. Cellphone! Tony helped a ton and explained the entire process. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to fix their phone. read more

I went in to get my screen fixed, within 12 hours of getting it back te screen showed spreading of a crack again. I brought it back to get it resolved and was told they won't fix it under warranty and the manager was unavailable and wasn't taking phone calls - this was shoddy work and I do not recommend taking taking anything there to get repaired. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! This is the most terrible place ever!!! They destroyed my iPad! These people screw up your device and don't pick up the phone anymore when you complain about their performance. They won't fix it or warrant their repairs. read more

They charged me for a battery and installation of the battery , kept the phone overnight I picked it up the next day just the same dead battery that wouldn't charge and proceeded to tell me they get battery's dead and you have to charge them but it wouldn't charge. They took my money and wouldn't honor their work = a rip off company in my opinion! Don't use them ! read more

Went there for new batteries for two different phone , fast and good service , recommend this place highly to anyone needing phone work !!

I thought it was hopeless. But they fixed it! Great deal on accessories. They are very knowledgeable about either Apple or Android. I'll certainly be back because t mobile was no help at all. The problem wear was simply a new battery was needed! And they d didn't charge labor to wipe the phone and reinstall OS which improves performance. They didn't v charge to install battery however their battery prices were higher than Amazon. read more

Totally horrible service! They charge 50 percent more for a simple I phone screen repair I called around and went to gadgetdoc close by which was actually $49.99 read more

After reaching out to the manager/owner of Dr. Cell Phone, they didn't try to resolve this issue. Instead, they tried to avoid it. Take your phone to honest people. Too many issues with Dr. Cell Phone since it was sold. I may or may not get my phone back, but don't bring your phone to a place that won't do right by you. read more

I came here because, down the street at iBreakUFix was a joke. Here at Dr Cell Phone, we repeated the same story and Dr Cell Phone diagnosed the phone problem correctly. Viola, phone screen changed and fixed. iBreakUFix employee didn't want to bother with any work, they just want to sit around collect paychecks. Quoted $400 just to diagnose. UBreakIFix is a joke. I'm coming here to Dr Cell Phone from now on. read more

"You dropped your iPhone? Are you nuts?" Those aren't the first time I've heard those words. It probably won't be the last, but with Dr. Cell Phone in Sugar Land, I won't worry too much about a cracked LCD. Not only did they rescue my phone, but they did it quickly. I was only disconnected for about an hour while my display screen was replaced. That was fast. Thank you Mr. Cell Phone for having a place out here in the Land o Sugar and for getting my iPhone functioning quickly! read more

Great Customer Service, Fast and Friendly ... Do recommend Appreciate their services speacilly these days for keeping open read more

I cannot praise this business at this location enough! My laptop fell off my desk and as it fell the part where I have to plug in the power cord cracked and broke. So the laptop would not charge up nor run off of direct current. I took it to Best Buy and they wanted $49.99 up front to have it mailed off and diagnosed. Then see if it can be fixed. That process would take 2-3 weeks and then if repair was needed then however long that would take. I found Dr. Cell Phone through Google search and took it in. A very knowledgeable, customer service friendly, person helped me. I didn't have to pay anything up front. He told me that within 24 hours they would call me with the repair estimate and told me then that the part(s) would have to be ordered and that would take about a week. True to form, he called the next day, and they could order the part and total for part and labor was only $89.00. SOLD!! They repaired it. Called me when it was ready. I was out of town and didn't get to go by that couple of days and they called again. It was important to them that I know my product was ready. If I chose one thing I wish were different, it would be more customer service personnel up front. This place was a little busy and they give each customer the time needed for their specific needs. But, I expect this business to totally succeed and get very very busy. So more help will hopefully be added! In this day and time when sooo much is changing quickly with our electronics, I appreciate a reasonably priced service that helps me maintain and keep my existing gadgets as long as I can. I recommend this place totally! read more

Be aware! I came to this place to replace my kids I pad screen and they fixed it but the screen broke again the same day even inside an outer box they sold me. They offer me to write a good review In exchange to fix it so I took it to another place only to find out the screen they sold me is a very cheap plastic screen not even real glass. It can break only from touching it.They charge around $150 for this piece of plastic screen that's probably worth $10. Stay away from this place big Rip Off. read more

Tuesday and Ipad is not ready yet. They do not even know what is going on. So frustrated. It was dropped for a screen repair on Friday, they broke some pins while doing the screen repair which by the way they use very cheap glass material duper thin, not worth it $10.00. If the ipad is not ready by tomorrow i will go to the police. This is BS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! After picking up the IPad and had paid $40 had to trash it. The touch did not work and the volume did not either. read more

I tied to get my phone fixed Wensday jul 13 but they said even if they could not fix the problem I would have to pay30$. So I did and 3 hours later they couldn't find the issue. Fast foward a few days, sold my iPhone, 30 mins later the guy calls me back and said he just replaced battery and it was working fine... So this just goes to show that they DIDNT DO ANYTHING. If I can give 0 stars, I would. read more

I am revising my post because of the very high price they quoted me to get my iphone 6 repaired. $150 to fix this phone is the highest I've been quoted and they were not budging. I guess I'll settle for a Groupon somewhere else for $75. My iphone 4 screen has been fixed once and both of my step sons phones have been fixed. They hooked us up with otter box cases and the phones held up ever since. Now, I'm going back today to get my new iPhone 6 repaired :(. read more

After 11 separate visits to Dr. Cellphone and 3 repair attempts (over a 3 month period) my phone is still not fixed. They've replaced the screen several times, but it doesn't fit properly and keeps coming unglued on the edges. In addition, they've broken something each time they've repaired the screen. My phone no longer vibrates, the touchscreen only works on occasion, and the camera/video camera only work if I press my phone together in a certain spot. They never should have accepted a repair on my phone as they clearly lack the skills/parts to complete the repair. While the staff inside the store has been very polite and has tried to be helpful - the owner "Mr. Rafiq" hasn't even bothered to respond to me. I would suggest going anywhere but here, even if it costs you a little more. read more

They are frauds- told me they were using Apple replacement parts on a broken screen for a IPhone 11 pro max- Not even close Screen has pop up telling me the screen is a non apple part and may affect the way the iphone operates- they will not answer the phone or respond to my question= beware these guys are committing fraud representing one thing and delivering another- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM read more

So disappointed. After paying him is $200 to get my phone repaired after dropping in on the ground, I was convinced to buy some "Magic Glass." I was told that this would definitely help if I were to drop my phone again because the magic glass would break before my actual found it. Here we are, a week later. My daughter dropped my phone, so I've been trying to call the store for a week to find out if the magic glass can just be peeled off or do I need to bring it back in. No one will call me back or what even answer the phone. I finally stopped in there today just to be told that the magic glass actually did nothing at all. My actual screen below this magic glass has broken again. When I signed that I was not about to spend another $200 to get my screen fixed again and then I was very disappointed that the magic glass did absolutely nothing, I was given no alternate solution or a resolution of the fact that I spent over $30 on this magic glass that obviously didn't work. Watch out for this place. They are quick to sell you things that supposedly will help this from happening again. But when that solution fails, no help at all! read more

Scammers!! Beware!! There are many other quality and honest cell phone repair places to go to in Sugarland this is NOT one of them! They said they fixed the broken screen on my iPhone and it started freezing I took it back to them twice in 3 days both times they told me it was a software issue it was not! finally on the fourth day I had to go out of town on a vacation and it would freeze for 15 minutes at a time then it totally froze. I had to pay double the price at a vacation resort to get it fixed again and they even sent me home with the defective screen Dr Cell Phone used. I took it to them to try to get a refund for their bad work and they refused beware!!! read more

I cracked my iPhone 6s Plus and they completely fixed it for $110 and was ready in about an hour. It works perfectly fine and looks beautiful. Got a screen fixed it looks good works ok so far. There some scratches already in the glass. Most use a very low grade glass.

Great people with great prices! Very easy and not one of those shady places that just slams a new screen on. They listen and have a 90 day warranty to make sure they did it correctly! read more
