I Paid $250 or something like that for the iPhone 12 and got the iPhone 11 instead. I called them telling them and they said Ok give me $45, I'll give you the iPhone 12. Even my receipt says iP12 (iPhone 12). It shouldn't even cost this much either because if you buy it from third party retailers or on Amazon, that price I paid is how much an iPhone 13 would cost on Amazon. He showed us 3 options, iPhone XR, iPhone 12 mini, and what he called, the "iPhone 12". My phone has been experiencing network issues ever since I bought it on September 2025. The guy who gave me the phone gave me the one that he was showing us, not even a brand new one in stock, the one he uses to show other people which just makes me question if that's right or wrong. On this phone specifically from them, it has bad connection I can't even text anybody when im not at home depending on my cellular data. On my old phone (Samsung Galaxy A12) it has spot on connection and works great when im not at home and it's LTE network type, the same as my iPhone, it's not 5G. Experiencing overheating issues as im turning on my phone or just simply being on the YouTube app. I feel like it's fake because of how easy it broke even when it had a case on it. Maybe Im wrong though and thats just because of the old screen and old back glass but if im right, possibilities are that it's fake because I've seen people do worse with their iPhone X, an older iPhone. I went to fix it for about $110 and after they fixed it, that's when I started experiencing overheating issues which makes me think the guy who fixed it wss the one who sent back the phone to me with another issue so they could keep fixing it and earn more money from me because they always fix it well. Makes me think my phone was sent back to me with the heating issues. It makes me really disappointed that im just one iPhone model away from having wireless charging and all those other futuristic features people have now with their newer iPhone models. Overall, I believe that they are the reason my phone has all these issues, they are dishonest, and greedy. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. read more

Don't waste your time or money here, unless you enjoy paying for problems you didn't ask for. I walked in to get my home button/thumbprint sensor fixed, & was told I'd need to replace the whole screen. Fine, I'm all for it, just make sure the thumbprint works afterward. They took my phone, did their "work," & when they handed it back, they casually mentioned, "Oh, we can't fix the thumbprint, but we can order it for you." How is that solving my problem? They went from quoting me $140 to $120. Great. However, just minutes after leaving, my home button stopped pressing smoothly, it got stuck & I had to press hard to get it to respond. Went back to show them, & of course, they did nothing. So now, I'm left with a broken button/thumbprint sensor & a $120 hole in my wallet. ___________________________ One-Week Update: The home button detached like it was trying to flee the scene. Now it's just a sad, useless piece of plastic. ___________________________ Three-Month Update: My phone has become a drama queen, losing battery faster than I can charge it & restarting every few minutes like it's auditioning for a reboot. Took it somewhere else to get fixed, & guess what? They informed me my side plates were missing. So yeah, this place decided my phone was a buffet & took parts without asking. How can we even know what they're doing when they take the phone to the back? Watch your back & your phone, because they might be "rearranging" things without you knowing. I am actually incredibly disappointed about this place. I bought a Groupon to get my screen fixed only to be told that I need to pay more to get my LCD fixed as well which made sense, that was fine with me. I asked if I could pay the difference and the guy told me there is no way that he would be able to do that. He asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund and I told him yes but the issue is the money for the Groupon already got taken out of my account so processing a refund it would leave me without that money for a couple of days until I get my refund back. So -$89 for Groupon and -$120 in store. I went ahead and canceled the Groupon and had them fix my screen. That only took about 30 minutes. I paid loaded my 1 year old and left. When I got home I checked the phone out only to see this so cheap China glass. Not apple glass. Not even the application was great.
