I typically go here to return Amazon products or occasionally to print something out. Parking is ok but kinda sux when you have a heavy package to ship and there aren't any spots in front of the store. The workers are always friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I stopped by to do an Amazon return and I've never been in & out of a UPS store so quickly ! Parking It's in a shopping center so there's tons of parking. I was able to park right in front of the store for a quick stop Space: The space is very open & not over crowded like some ups stores. There's some packing materials when you walk in and the counter is right in line with the entrance. All the other stations are to the left out of the way. I really appreciated the efficiency of the layout. Service: Someone walked in right ahead of me so I expected to wait, but another employee came up and checked me out as soon as they saw I was in line. They weren't busy at all on a Friday morning, so maybe that's why they did it but I still appreciated the initiative since they could have just let me wait my turn. Horrible service!!!! Dropped off 4 outfits that cost me nearly 1000.00 and the guy threw them in a box along with other peoples things. So, how is he going to know what goes with what at the end of the day. When I asked about it going in a box he told me yeah we do that later. I also paid a huge amount for shipping. I used the UPS in Webster last time and literally had school clothes, supplies, and toys that weighed 30 pounds and paid less than charged today for the same delivery rate. I am willing to be late to work just to get my stuff back because I do not believe it will get where it is supposed to go. Obviously with this many horrible reviews the owner/manager should do something other than say oops sorry. If I would have read the reviews first, I would have never gone there. Will definitely use UPS Webster or even FedEx this place is horrible and rips people off!!!! I should have not been charged that much. Update so, I called on Monday to ask why there was not a tracking number and was spoken to like a 4 year old, hung up on twice, was told I obviously did not know that it was Monday, I even said I heard you say that and his response was well you don't, was told package was on truck and then told it wasn't. I was told not to scream at him which my response was I am not screaming and that just because I bought insurance on the package I sent didn't mean they would honor it if something happened. So, what is the point of insurance then???? Needless to say called the Webster UPS store and the lady helped me and even told me to call this morning so she could check everything out for me. Once again customer service is no longer an option and I understand that but decency should still be around!!!! Use the Webster store only a few more miles and they do actually have customer service!! This is my preferred location when I need to drop off packages. There's plenty of parking and it tends to not be as busy as the location on 518 in Silverlake (though it was busier this morning than I was expecting). The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a few copy machines and they offer faxing and other office services. They also sell supplies like packing tape and boxes. read more

Employees are rude over the phone .I was waiting to be helped and the gentleman on the phone was rude to a customer over the phone . After he hung up , him self and the young lady there where talking rudely about the guest . Not a good way to conduct business. No wonder they are hiring . read more

I love this place. Quick and great customer service. I use this store primarily for amazon returns and am literally in and out of the store in under 1 minute. Freakishly fast. I've also used their fax and copy services. Yesterday I used their notary services for the first time and like everything else It was so quick and easy. Then simply mailed off the letter that was notarized from there too. Couldn't be anymore convenient. Always a pleasant experience. read more

I went in to ship a package. I already had a pre printed UPS label and just needed a small box (6" x 6" would have sufficed). The guy wanted to sell me the box for $13! So I left, bought a box from usps for $1.50 and dropped it off at another UPS store. read more
