When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on. During the time the Mustang was there, Alex stayed in contact with us, updating us where they were in the process. We appreciated this so much bc it helped us plan out the next couple of days. We went back to pick up the Mustang and OH MY! It was gorgeous! I KNOW they busted their butts getting her looking this good. I am kicking myself that I didn't think to take before pics so I could post the before and after. But we were absolutely super impressed. *Also, the ceramic tint has done wonders with this heat. He took the time and effort to protect and cover all inner door trim pieces to prevent damage for cleaning and tint application solutions. Upon finishing he wasn't satisfied with a small blemish on one window so he removed it and re-tinted to ensure perfection. He has multiple levels of ceramic tint on hand and will take the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I normally don't do reviews but it's been a long time since I had a business treat my cars like they were theirs, maybe even better then I would. I called and someone answered to inform me that they do not open until 12 pm today due to the fact they are "doing inventory." I am on a tight schedule on my one day off and can not wait 30 minutes. Most places do inventory during non customer hours. And if that is not something that can be done then take the few minutes to change the hours online for the day. Out of respect for the time of your customers. I will definitely never come back to this location.
