The next person directs you with a smile and gives you a thumbs up when your vehicle has aligned appropriately. The drying and vacuuming station is amazingly big! The vacuums remain on and placed in a receptacle (sorry don't know the proper name for it). There's no on and off switch. The garbage can is above ground and perfectly welded onto the large pole that the vacuum is attached to. Neat place...check it out!

I just recently purchased a 2011 Lexus that was in great condition but needed some tlc. When they were done with it it looked like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. Their hand waxing got most of the surface scratches and (etched in) water spots out. The interior also looked and smelled brand new when they were done. Give these guys your business. When you go into an automatic car wash, you have to acknowledge that there are going to be some…read morescratches. It's something that comes with the convenience of doing it and if you don't want any scratches on your car, don't go to an automatic car wash, that being said, the scratches in squirrel marks that people complain about are very minimal and I've always had a really good experience with customer service at Mister Car Wash and especially at this place. I had an issue with the one in Pima where my car sticker wasn't matching up and was causing all kinds of issues for another car on my account and I came here and they fixed it quickly and I never had another complaint about Mister Car Wash after that I do think it can be a bit expensive at times when you're not using it but if you wash your car every day even more than twice a month, the membership makes up for itself. This is a great place and I would like to see more built in Pasadena.
