When I arrived, he immediately checked my phone and realized the port wasn't broken--it was just dirty. He cleaned it out, handed my phone back, and simply said, "I don't rob people." I even offered to pay him something, but he refused and just gave me his business card. Truly an honest business that deserves to be trusted and supported. Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??
