Guess what...I don't care. Why is an off site customer more important than a customer that brought in their PC? When I got it home my e-mail was gone, as were other programs. I finally sent a poision e-mail to their contact info threatening to do a blog or picket outside their business and actually got a call back. I was told they were sorry for not getting back to me, could I bring it back? I took the PC back to them for restoration but all they could recover was my pictures, thank God, and my e-mail. Some other programs..gone. Brought PC back home, had another issue, called, left message x2. Never got a call back. So I took it to another shop right in town and they fixed me up.
