A few days later I noticed a a small stress fracture in the glass at the bottom of the screen. A small u shape. Then my screen started separating from the case. I never really noticed it separating because I always keep it in a leather fold over case. When I brought it back in I asked the girl if I could watch. Her response was "no, because I need my space." You're on a pagoda in a mall... Whatever, I went for a tea. She glued the screen back and I left. Now when I text my phone starts pressing the space bar, the return bar, and some of the letters next to them. I have to back out and wait a while before I can start back up. I took it back today and was told they could not warranty it because of the small fracture. The girl who repaired the screen separation was there so I asked why she repaired when it was there. She said she didn't remember me. That's not true, she knew who I was when I called on the phone not even an hour before. The stress fracture happened during the first install when the guy forced the screen on, that's why it separated from the case. The keys press themselves also because the screen was installed incorrectly. You can go there and pay $160ish for a new screen but there is no guarantee that it'll be done correctly. Save your money and go somewhere where the person working on your phone actually owns the business. Not some kid who could care less about the quality of the work and who "needs space" because probably if you witnessed the work done to your phone you'd object. I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.

I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place.He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care.
