When I arrived, he immediately checked my phone and realized the port wasn't broken--it was just dirty. He cleaned it out, handed my phone back, and simply said, "I don't rob people." I even offered to pay him something, but he refused and just gave me his business card. Truly an honest business that deserves to be trusted and supported. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need a repair.

Not just deceptive selling, also we disrespectful! If you…read moreare not a pro on cellphones DO NOT mess with them. The owner who represent himself as Sam is very unprofessional and arrogant. Most of all does not understand the difference of hustling and business. Straight on my face lied that phone is not repaired. Not only it was repaired they replaced some cheap screen and did not even put it right. When I took it back to me and mentioned it to him. He compared his business to Walmart, I could not understand what he was trying to explain, I am sure he himself had enjoyed Walmart's great return policy, after all he is from India ;). And yes, he did not want to charge on credit card, when I insisted he stated he will have to charge tax....

I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place. He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care.

Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??
