Not just deceptive selling, also we disrespectful! If you are not a pro on cellphones DO NOT mess with them. The owner who represent himself as Sam is very unprofessional and arrogant. Most of all does not understand the difference of hustling and business. Straight on my face lied that phone is not repaired. Not only it was repaired they replaced some cheap screen and did not even put it right. When I took it back to me and mentioned it to him. He compared his business to Walmart, I could not understand what he was trying to explain, I am sure he himself had enjoyed Walmart's great return policy, after all he is from India ;). I got scammed!!! They agreed to fix my phone at an agreed price, when they returned my phone the screen was bad and having problems. They claimed it was due to bent frame. When I paid double the price they put in a proper screen and the problem mysteriously went away. read more

Pls don't go to this store, you will regret it. The small girl called Samera is rude and lack customer relationship. Been buying phones and accessories with repair here for years but she said she doesn't care if you are a customer or want to come back. For an Indian girl acting in such a shitty way. Indians do respect people but she lack that...But the woman in that shop is good that is why they get that 1 star. I replaced my iphone screen somewhere else in the past, but it was not done well, and was done with some cheap screen. When that one got broken, I decided to go to FM Cellular. I like the quality of work, and the screen looks and works like the original. Though I have been there a few times before, like I have been to some other places, I think they have been better that the other two I have been to. Never go to this place!! They can't work on newer phones and they tell you that after they mess up your phone. Worst cell phone store in Houston! So disappointing! I will never go back to that dump! A woman I assume to be one of the owners was VERY rude and condescending. She took out my memory card in order to access my sim card because after they repaired my phone, the phone wasn't recognizing that there was a sim card inserted. I left the store without realizing she hadn't reinserted my memory card. After a few attempts, I was finally able to make it back by there before they closed, which was a week later. The RUDE woman with a nasty attitude lied and said she never took it out, accused me of waiting 3 weeks to go back (it was only one week and I couldn't call because they don't have a listed number), said to me "what do you want me to do, it's a $2 memory card" (it costs quite a bit more than that), rolled her eyes at me, mumbled something and walked to the back never to return. Her assistant actually humored me by looking around the register area for it once she realized they weren't getting rid of me that easily, but of course it wasn't found. Memory cards are inexpensive, but like I told them, I had things saved on it that were of importance. They couldn't care less, after all, they'd already gotten my $50 on the repair. I and my husband are really impressed by their service at very reasonable charges. First my husband took his laptop to him to replace Windows XP with 7, Mr. FM advised him to add some RAM to it too my husband agreed and after 2 days when my husband went to pick up the laptop it was super fast , Mr FM upgraded RAM from 2 to 4 , Space from 250 GB TO 1 TB and uploaded Windows 10 . Additionally he replaced some computer parts too to make all changes according to each other. He charged $180 but we realized that it is a good deal coz the laptop is running super fast and worth 700 bucks. Secondly, 2 years back I dropped my IPad 4, it's one corner got bent while screen broke too, I contacted Apple store they said they will charge $250 to fix it when I told my husband he said he will ask FM Cellular my husband asked him to check, FM Cellular said he will charge 70 bucks to fix it and they fixed it I am still using it with no problem at all. My Nephew's friend dropped his IPhone 6+ on the road and suddenly a car passed on it, the guy was so sad, my husband told him about FM Cellular and Mr FM fixed it for 150 bucks; he replaced front and back camera, front screen, home button sim card reader and tray and some more parts, the guy still using that phone. In my spare time I just googled FM Cellular and when I read the 2 reviews about FM, I felt so bad. In my opinion, some people want to get best services for dimes and pennies, only illegal people can provide best service at bottom level price while legal people pay Taxes and have other responsibilities as well. read more
