I called and they said I could come in immediately, they took my phone and fixed it in under an hour! Wow! I was expecting to have to wait a few days or so, but it was so quick and efficient. My screen looks and feels amazing now, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired at an affordable cost and does not want to wait too long to have their phone back. Also, they were following social distancing rules and everyone was wearing masks which made me feel clean and safe!

Don't waste your time or money here, unless you enjoy paying for problems you didn't ask for. I…read morewalked in to get my home button/thumbprint sensor fixed, & was told I'd need to replace the whole screen. Fine, I'm all for it, just make sure the thumbprint works afterward. They took my phone, did their "work," & when they handed it back, they casually mentioned, "Oh, we can't fix the thumbprint, but we can order it for you." How is that solving my problem? They went from quoting me $140 to $120. Great. However, just minutes after leaving, my home button stopped pressing smoothly, it got stuck & I had to press hard to get it to respond. Went back to show them, & of course, they did nothing. So now, I'm left with a broken button/thumbprint sensor & a $120 hole in my wallet. ___________________________ One-Week Update: The home button detached like it was trying to flee the scene. Now it's just a sad, useless piece of plastic. ___________________________ Three-Month Update: My phone has become a drama queen, losing battery faster than I can charge it & restarting every few minutes like it's auditioning for a reboot. Took it somewhere else to get fixed, & guess what? They informed me my side plates were missing. So yeah, this place decided my phone was a buffet & took parts without asking. How can we even know what they're doing when they take the phone to the back? Watch your back & your phone, because they might be "rearranging" things without you knowing. Good luck, but if you enjoy fixing someone else's mess after you pay them, this place might just be your cup of tea.

had a screen replaced a month a 2 days ago and screen started to mess up came back and the guy said…read morethat he could not do anything for me except for replacing the screen again for 10 dollars cheaper. then he tells me they dont offer any type of warranty since they are after market parts. they claim they use premium quality parts. but the quality parts they use fail after a month. then he tells me it depends on what screen was installed. i was never given an option on what screen they could install. he said only thing he could do is install another screen and knock 10 off. so he is telling me if this screen fails again after a month i would have to pay another 65. so i would have to invest 65 every month. i did check the phone when i picked it up and it did work but usually things dont tend to mess up until after a while of usage. yes the price is reasonable but quality is questionable. i did say i would go back for future repairs but after this i dont think so.

I brought my phone in for a new glass backing and an LED display replacement. The results were shocking: the glass backing was visibly lifted and detached on all corners, causing it to crack immediately after I set the phone down at home. Furthermore, the "new" LED screen was defective and consistently flashed pink. When confronted with these two failed services, the staff blamed me for the damage and only offered a discount to fix their own mistakes. If you ignore this warning and still go here, DO NOT pay with Zelle or cash. Use a credit card so you can actually dispute the charges when the repairs fail. Let me not forget to mention the crooked camera backing they installed; let me know when you see it!
