THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE SCAM…read more These people are here to scam you. They will lie to you about how long and how much it costs, and then when they have your belongings, they hold them hostage to get more money out of you. Currently, they lied about my repairs taking 3 hours, and said they would call us back with updates. They never did. We had to call them, where they told us it would take 3 more days. I asked for a refund, and they said no. The clerk is snarky, and unprofessional, and will take advantage of any weakness you show. They tell me there is no way to contact the manager, and that he isn't in the store most of the time. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE SCAM

I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys

It was clear that they are both honest and loyal people. I decided to stick with Royal because I did not want to wait over a week to get my phone back from Apple! I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of their repair service. If you want fast and affordable service.. Go here! Yesterday I had to go back in because I dropped my phone and broke the screen again.. They still gave me the best service and even gave me a deal on the screen since I had just been in there. I bought an otter box in the same building and hopefully will never be having to replace a screen again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY,TIME OR GAS going to this establishment WORST customer service I've ever…read moreseen there's more than 7 people standing around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but taking peoples' money. I spoke with a representative of this store about a Apple Watch Series 4 the rep. Said that he'll hold it for me but failed to tell me they didn't have the item at ALL so once I got there I waited in line as the customer in front of me was turned away after he tried to purchase LEGIT Apple airpods but after coming to the store he found out they were fake so he was no longer interested. So it was my turn to be service and the woman approached me by asking "DO YOU HAVE THE AD" I replied "YES" she stepped to the back for about 5 minutes and returned and said "we don't have ANY series 4 Apple watches". In addition to this there was no business certificates or Fire Marshal occupancy signs for this small establishment. If you value your time please don't go to EITHER of there location

Even when I told him extra information (my LCD screen was also broken), he modified the quote immediately which was accurate for the actual repair as well. Definitely go here first if you treasure your old phone and want to preserve it before trading in for a new one. The other phone repair businesses only replied to my request through Yelp the next day and their speed of response was nowhere near the level of BE wireless. The price provided by these other businesses were also around $10-20 more expensive than BE wireless' price. I also had a very pleasant experience at the shop with Ken, the front man, who was very humorous. I was actually 15 mins late and one customer got in line before me. Nevertheless, Ken promised my repair will be done in one hour still, and he kept his words. The repair was also spotless. My phone glass and LCD screen were smashed from falling onto the pavement. After the repair, to amateur eyes like mine, my phone is as good as new. Highly recommend you come here for your phone need! I saw people change their battery here as well!
