J was conscientious, knowledgeable and very responsive. Just super professional all the way around. We moved into a home that had in-ceiling speakers already, purchased two new TV's, a full system of Sonos amps and a port, a subwoofer, AV receiver, power conditioner, etc. from Best Buy, and so our disaster began. One thing after another didn't work. Essentially, they didn't really understand how to wire a complex, pre-existing setup, and it was a frustrating mess. Best Buy made 5 or 6 visits to the house. On their first, they delivered a damaged $8K TV. The replacement TV they installed later went out for handling damage, as verified by Samsung, and they just washed their hands of us. They just hung us with a non-functioning TV outside of their replacement period, and Samsung noted that it was handling damage. We are STILL fighting with the credit card company on that one. That's where TV Installation Houston stepped in and saved the day. I wish we had known about them from the beginning! We nearly didn't find them--again, due to the generic name--but I'm so glad that we did. From our first interaction, J inspired confidence that our issues would be sorted out. He said that they primarily rely on Google reviews as he's not as familiar with Yelp, but they need to be on here! I couldn't find them here, or we would've used them from the get-go. They're hard to find on Google even, due to their name. We sold us a new TV at competitive prices, handled the install and got our system working again. They made sure all of our questions were answered and that everything was functioning as it should be. There were a few buried settings that we needed him to come out and change later, and he was very responsive and addressed our concerns.
