They listened carefully to my concern areas, and came up with a combination camera & security system that addressed them. They also installed a home theater system in our family room. My comments are identical for all three pieces of work. Similar to Wesley's comment below, at NO point was there any attempt to up sell or push for additional equipment or services that I did not need, on the contrary, they very respectfully pointed out concerns or ideas that were "overkill" and actually reduced scope in some areas. Install was extremely professional, with an extreme attention to detail. The quality of the finished product and the extreme care to a "clean" installation (hidden wires, etc.) was exceptional. They made sure that I understood operation of all equipment and that all my questions were addressed. And equally (perhaps more) importantly, post install consultation, additional service, repairs to equipment damaged by other contractors (Harvey rebuild), and help with changes in Internet Service has been extraordinary. Their prices are more than fair, for equipment and for install labor, and their monitoring prices are generally better that the big names. We have had a few alarm events (thankfully all false) and their response time beats experience I have had with two other big name providers. Lastly, I should point out that the above relates to our principal residence. In addition to this, they also provided camera monitoring equipment and security system monitoring services for the house we had to rent while ours was being rebuilt post-Harvey. A 3 years package was offered and we made a quick deal. A technician was despatched to our house 2nd day in the morning and installation was done in just about one hour. Then a demonstration and detailed explanation on downloading related Apps into mobile and usage of the system was given after that. A few days later, we found the alarm was triggered a few times while nothing occurred in the late evening after syestem being set to home stay mode. We called True Petotection and the next day the same technician came over for a through test and checking. Some old sensor was found malfunction and he replaced all for us right away. A follow up phone call was made to us the day after with apology of inconvenience caused and everything was perfect after that. Nice peoples and great job. Yet chosing service provider from Yelp becomes a habit for me now even I am quite new to this App. Fantastic!

We own the equipment at this point as we have already fulfilled our first 3 year contract. We are only paying for the monitoring now. We tried to have our renter take over the payments and put it in her named, or open her own contract. They don't offer contracts with renters, they said, but would look into it and let me know by the end of the day. Our renter was moving in and we needed to let her know. Four days later, after the renter moved in and opened a contract with a company who would work with renters, they said they would talk with her. Too late. Now that I've tried two methods to retain our contract and have been denied, I need to cancel altogether. Can't get anyone to answer my question over the phone and haven't heard back from the rep, Bryan, since Thursday. So frustrating as they want me to pay over $300 break contract. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!
